They have a ton of affordable options, and I appreciate the quality of the products that I got to sample from their free kit. I did have to play around with my design a bit to get a clear picture. In the final proofs I had gotten a few pixelated versions so I had to try about 3 before I got a clear proof. I previously ordered from Canva twice and had alignment issues on their end twice. Just placed my order, and I hope the business cards (18 pt. Ultra Smooth) I ordered meet my expectations.

I placed an order for printed stationery and was extremely disappointed with the result. The print came out completely off compared to the proof, not centered and overall looked terrible. Even worse, the graphics were noticeably blurry despite me uploading a vector file and using their own template with bleed.
This is a production error that should have been caught before shipping, yet they sent it out anyway. The finished product is unusable. When I contacted customer service, I explained that I didn’t have time to reorder and requested a refund. Instead, they offered me an online credit, which is useless to me since I won’t be ordering again.
I made it clear I needed a credit card refund, not store credit. The response was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. A misprint this severe is unacceptable from any professional printer.
I will be disputing the charge with my bank and do not recommend GotPrint to anyone looking for reliable or accurate printing.

The order process is insanely convoluted. You cannot edit the quantity in the cart, you have to go all the way back to the initial screen and redesign the whole order. That's super consumer unfriendly. Also the prices seems really good until you get to checkout and you find that shipping is extremely high. This is a nasty tactic to get you to just give up since you put so much time in already. That is a very tricky and not very upfront way to do business. Even if the shirts come out well this is not a place i would go back to.

So far 5 stars due to the free sample kit for business cards. Once samples are recieved and I make our first order after that, I will come and update with a new review. Reallylove the fact for a sample kit, cant wait to see what to use especially to physically be able to have the decision rather than guessing and going with the flow of what potentially we would order. Don’t commit, until you GotPrint.

Excellent customer service. I ordered 50 items. Half arrived defective. Within a few hours of me contacting them, they reprinted and sent me another complete order for free. Everyone makes mistakes, how they are fixed and handled separates the good from the great. Will buy again.

The guidelines were a little hard to tell if my design was going to bleed over or be cut off. Otherwise, it's a reliable experience. I've used GotPrint numerous times in the past and have never been disappointed with my products.

I've been a customer of Printograph for a good 10+ years without any issues - as a matter of fact, I would say they were excellent. In the last six months, I had nothing but problems. I needed a reprint of cards that were initially printed perfect - on the reprint using the same files, the cards printed extremely light. I was told by Printograph that I need to set the files up differently even though they printed perfect the first time. I went ahead and followed Printograph's suggestion - had the cards reprinted and they looked exactly the same. Printograph would not fix the problem or offer a reprint, they gave me a $50 credit on the first run that didn't even cover half of the cost and I was stuck paying in full for the second run. At this point, I sent the same files to a different printer and they came out great!
Next issue, I ordered 13 sets of rack cards on 9/15. I received 6 out of the 13 within a week, now the balance is lost. Printograph is not willing to reprint at this time - they need to hear back from UPS first. Today is 9/30 and they want me to continue to wait until 10/3. Printograph is a trade printer - they know that whoever orders is a broker that needs to accomodate their clients. Now I have to explain to my client that they will not receive their cards on time due to an incompetent printer.
To sum up my ramblings . . . I would never order from this company again - their are plenty of printers out there, I would advise to use them!

I have a credit card on file with GotPrint ending in 8051. I've used it many times but now it won't take my CCV code of 000. That is the code. I use it daily. Can you correct that so that it can accept that card? It is my main business debit.

First order was wrought with either printing or cutting errors which caused inconsistency and misalignment. I was offered a store credit which covered some of the new order, but since I could not use the promo code I used as a first time customer, this new order ended up costing me more. I will not use your service again, which treats customers poorly and delivers poor quality prints.

Ordered T shirts for my wife’s birthday and was kept informed and sent images to me to make sure I was happy before they printed them.
Very very happy👍
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.
