Many viewings, sold really quickly and the whole process was very smooth considering it was the first time we have ever sold a house!

Gowland and White sold my property relatively quicklymaybe within 2 months, as I had the house with another local estate agent who hadn't sold my house after 10 months. I had a nightmare conveyance which Gowland and white especially Jodene were very supportive and tenacious in her role.

Brilliant, we were with another estate agency and got no where. Gowland White came and re did the photography and our house sold in under seven days.

What an amazing team your Stockton office are. I would highly recommend Gowland White if you are looking to sell your property. The team were all lovely and so helpful at all times. It can be a stressful process but they all put us at ease and kept us fully updated from start to finish. We really felt fully supported by them through the many hurdles we seemed to encounter on the way. Feedback was always provided in a timely manner after any viewings. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future. From valuation to completion they provided a 5 star service, well done!

I cannot speak more highly of Gowland White, they were fantastic from start to finish. Bethany in the Stockton office was fantastic and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. The best thing about it, it had only been on the market for less than 24 hours, had 1 viewing and sold for the asking price. You cant get better than that.

The stockton office was very professional from start to finish. They had good customer service and they were very supportive. Demi Bethany and Esther were my main contact and i am pleased with all the services I was offered. Because of this I have recommended the company to my friends. I will choose Gowland White any time.

Excellent service from Demi and the team from the moment that we made our initial enquiry. The commitment to a named member of the team (Demi) was a key factor in our decision to use Gowland and White and they certainly lived up to that commitment from day one! I hope that's it's a long time before we move house again but we would definitely use Gowland and White again and would (and have since) recommend Demi and the team.

After a difficult 8 months of the Lower end of the chain failing, Gowlandwhite white worked hard to replace them and eventually achieved the sale ensuring information was passed on to all concerned.
