From start to finish my experience was fantastic! Gowland White members of staff were always very helpful, friendly and always went that extra mile.

I would always recommend them they’re all so friendly and supportive and feedback from them is fantastic.

Recently sold a house with Gowland White and I'm pleased to say it was a very positive experience. In particular, the ongoing communication and updates around viewings were excellent. Once we found a buyer the process went smoothly from there. Would very much recommend them if you need to sell a house in the area.

I can’t speak highly enough of the lovely staff at Gowland White. From the get go I was kept well informed and nothing was too much trouble. We achieved a quick sale and the process was stress free as the girls did everything to make it so. They’re very much on the ball and were able to help me out when I needed to find a rental property for the gap between moving out and moving into our new home too. Delighted with my experiences of selling my house with Gowland White. Great local knowledge at valuation stage, and competitive rates for estate agency services compared to other agents in Stockton.
Minor criticism that it sometimes took a while for phone calls to be answered, but team were always available and communicated well throughout the process.
Partner solicitors firm were also excellent.
