Made several orders for the past five years, all without any problem. Only the last one had undergo a small error (a tool shipped instead of the magnets I ordered). With no delay nor stuggle, the customer service sent the missing item and offered me the tool as compensation for the inconvenience. Good politic. Nothing to complain so far ; I would gladly recommend their services.

Their products are amazing, offering a wide range of things every miniature painting and modelling hobbist may want. Additionally, I needed some customer support, and the team were super kind and efficient to help me out. I have no hesitation recommending them to other customers.

SILVER SERIES (S) brush tips should be shorter and thicker than SILVER SERIES (without S). S cost more but in their actual values they are almost the same brushes as the normal ones just with a different print on it. Basically usable and solid brushes but their marketing is not true. Mi piace molto questo sito. Facile la navigazione e la ricerca prodotti. Fatto ormai vari acquisti è non ho mai avuto problemi e il fatto che a ogni acquisto ti regalano un paio di adesivi è un pensiero carino.I tempi di spedizione sono accettabili e puoi trovare quasi tutto quello che serve per il modellissismo. Dovrebbero cercare solo un modo per abbassare i costi di spedizione se possibile. I colori acrilici nel rapporto qualità/prezzo sono fra i migliori

La gamme de peinture est vraiment parfaite pour moi, que ce soit au pinceau ou à l'aerographe en la diluant légèrement.
Le service après vente est également réactif. Un petit soucis de points de fidélité à été rapidement réglé.
Donc, oui pour moi, greenstuff est un très bon fournisseur pour mon hobby.

Hice un pedido online con destino Canarias y todo genial. Tardó una semana, vino todo perfectamente protegido. Pedí una paleta húmeda XL y sus correspondientes recambios. Recomendado 100%

First order went swiftly and I received the stuff in advance.
Second order I was missing a tutorial for swamp bases, I wrote them and they sent me the PDF right away.
Incredible service and good quality materials.

I am currently updating my paint stock in increments so make a regular order once a month. I was very impressed with their Dipping Ink range and have now bought the whole set. I am now doing something similar since they increased the pigment across their paint range. And over several years I have purchased tools, putties and a range of other items to help me make basing and converting easier. This company has a great and ever expanding range of stuff that covers many aspects of miniature modelling. And on the rare occasion something goes amiss with an order, their customer support is extremely helpful and corrects the situation immediately.

I made a decent sized order, and the customer service was phenomenal. They have a very very cool catalog of stuff to choose from with really good prices. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future

They listen to their customers just like Army Painters (and that's a good compliment). And the cherry on the cake : they're son damn cheap ! 2,80€ for a 17ml bottle when you pay twice with GW !
