Tienen los mejores productos para modelismo, los envíos son rapidísimos (la caja de envío me flipa), una vez tuve un problema/duda con un producto y me lo solucionaron muy rápido.Y lo que más me gusta, es que no paran innovar y sacar productos nuevos, me tienen enganchadísimo con todas las novedades.

Hasta ahora el trato ha sido inmejorable, y tienen una variedad de productos para el hobby brutal con mucha calidad, yo estoy encantada, solo recomiendo que prueben varias cosas y os gustará.

Una de las mejores tiendas de modelismo con la que he tenido el placer de hacer negocios

Es la empresa de modelismo mas innovadora del sector con muchos productos fabricados en España y cuando he tenido algún problema han sabido solucionarlo de forma rápida y profesional.

Envio rapido y todo en orden

Me asesoraron para un proyecto que estaba llevando acabo de forma muy profesional. Se nota que tienen experiencia y que controlan muchísimo de este mundo

Klaut Ideen von pirvat Leuten. Stetzt Patente auf diese und Verklagt keine Leute die sich die Anwaltskosten nicht Leisten können. Zudem stellen diese Firma als Familienunternehmen hin und schießt jedem anderen ins Bein. Gebt einfach den Namen der Firma ein und danach Skandal. Btw die versuchen auch diverse YT Kanäle zu Sperren welche über dieses Thema aufklären. MfG

Colis perdu par le transporteur, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver.
Cependant; le service client me fait attendre depuis 1 mois complet sans avoir procédé à un nouvel envoi, me demandant d'attendre "quelques jours"

I ordered the gravestones resin set. they were in a different scale than advertised, turning out to be almost twice as large as reported. I did a two-star review on their site, but they deleted it.

In the same order was a Rotational Paint Shaker, it broke after 15 days of low use.

GSW sells some unique products, but they are objectively an unreliable and scammy store.

La calidad de los productos es más que horrible, el ego que tienen no los deja admitir que son bastante mediocres con lo cuál no puedes hacer ninguna reseña negativa porque la eliminarán. El trato con los trabajadores es de lo más deleznable, hay una pseudo encargada con cero empatia y el séquito son cámaras de seguridad. Horrible la experiencia, nada recomendable. Tienes que honrarles casi por darte agua con barro y no descansar en 8 horas.

Déjà leurs produits sont bons, nous sommes tous d'accord là-dessus (et les prix reste abordable).

Maintenant le point le plus important pour moi,
la qualité du Service Après Vente :

(suite à un oubli de ma part, je les contacte par mail et par téléphone en espérant qu'il ne soit pas trop tard pour ajouter un article à ma commande)
Je leur demande si je peux parler en français (car société espagnole).
En effet, j'ai pu communiquer en français, de surcroît ma demande a été gentiment accepter et traité rapidement.

Produit au top, SAV Réactif et conciliant, joignable par téléphone EN FRANÇAIS ! (et en bonus, un charmant petit accent espagnol teinté de soleil)
bref, 5 étoiles bien méritées !

I ordered from Green Stuff and totally forgot my usual due diligence of checking trustpilot. NGL I read everyone's reviews on here and literally consigned the order to a dud in my head.
I was mesmerised by the website, and got totally sucked in and my order was about £55. (I only went for some green stuff)
Suffice to say it arrived, today is the 4th May. I ordered it on the 27th April and it's managed to make it through a minefield of bank holiday and strike issues, it's well packaged and has definitely put a shiner on a sh**e day. The return address is london and it came by Royal mail. So it's not come from Europe (I read the reviews of their European courier........)
I will be using again though as there were none of the courier/delivery issues within the UK.

On nous fait payé des frais de livraison pour être livré en moins de 10j à plus de 14euro, plus de 10j après toujours aucune commande, ni information de la par de GreenStuff, première et dernière commande chez eux des VOLEURS.
Avec un service comme celui la, pas étonnant que les gens commande sur Amazon...
Greenstuff faudrait se remettre en question !!!!

The Greenstuffworld 3D printing Flexplates are terrible......

After just 7 prints the adhesive backing from the magnet comes lose from the build plate resulting in a MOVING Flex plate during the 3D printing.

Result: Prints failed and a Greenstuffworld Flex plate in the trash bin. -> Better NOT buy these!

Zuverlässige und schnelle Lieferung. Die Qualität stimmt auch, den Kundenservice kann ich nicht beurteilen da alles Problemlos lief und kein Kontakt nötig war.
Tolles und innovatives Produkt.

STAY AWAY! Bought 2 Spray cans and they were complete rubbish!

Ordered on 2nd from Spain. Deliverd to house in UK on 8th. Standard delivery. Nicely packaged.
