GSW is an evil company that steals others inventions and artwork.

If you want to support an unethical company and wait longer than you ever thought possible for your products… buy from GSW. There a lot better and reputable companies out there.

Order has taken well over a month (currently 1 month 6 days) and no sign of it. Tracking provided stops at acceptance and company has provided nothing more that COVID excuses and to "wait".
I can expect delays and issues when shipping internationally. I also expect a company to step up when issues arrise and offer more than canned excuses. COVID is an issue but it's become a blanket answer when there's a problem.
I would recommend ordering from elsewhere.

I just saw a reddit post showing how green stuff world was stealing content from other miniature artist.

GSW have been stealing artists content while preaching about stopping piracy. they have issued no real explanation and shown no remorse. they show a complete lack of respect for their customers and the community in general.

had 18 days to get a project done, so paid the ridiculously high price of shipping for their 5-7 day shipping estimate, believing id have 10 days or so to get it done. took them 3 days to even ship the order, and now 8 days later the package havent even left spain yet, wont be more than a few more days before i have to go out and purchase everything i need from local shops at a higher price because i cant wait for shipping anymore, and have to go through the hassle of returning the green stuff world order.

wont be shopping with greenstuff world again.

quick update; the tracking number has now stopped working completely.

Further update; local postal service helped me find a new functional tracking number based on phone number. Package appears to be moving, slowly, but moving.

Products are great, never had an issue with shipping or with any damages products! Highly recommended

le livreur sonne à ma porte, mais refuse de me donner mon colis, même avec ma carte d'identité et ma signature. du coup il a retourné le colis au site.
le site n'y peu rien, c'est juste la deuxième fois en 3 achats chez eux que je galère pour avoir mon colis. là je suis remboursé 10 jours après, mais je n'ai toujours pas ma commande. le pire, c'est qu'il est impossible de laisser un avis autre que POSITIF sur leur boutique EBAY !! bref, je ne recommande pas le service, malgré des produits sympa.

They charge 14 EUR extra for fast shipping and then they do not send the parcel for over a week. After me complaining about that, they even send me a wrong tracking number and claimed the parcel already has been sent some days ago. The tracking number returned "as not available or wrong number". On my next complaints they blamed the delivery service, then they sent me a new tracking number, however you can clearly see at the parcel service tracking that the parcel hasn't been send in that week. So they just lied about sending the package on that day. In fact they send the parcel only after me complaining, but then managed to put in a completely wrong adress (it's not even a word, just a some random letters). Again they blame the parcel service, however you can clearly see it was greenstufforld's mistake on the tracking form. Parcel gets not delivered due to wrong adress. Still no parcel after 10 days though have been charged for extra fast delivery within 5 days. Do not trust, they are incompetent and lying about it. Do not buy! Very very very bad service! Still they charge extra money for fast delivery though i haven't received my parcel.

They publish deceiving products half of the times with low quality and non functional. If you want to publish a negative review in their page they wont allow it, but if you post a positive review it gets instant post it.

Initially wanted me to file a claim with USPS when package was damaged and items were missing, however when I pointed out it was more hassle than it was worth for the sum involved (and maybe impossible as USPS says you must “immediately” present your items at a post office) they issued a refund. Having said all that I would much prefer if they had simply sent the missing items given the small amount involved.

This company has great service with great products for the miniature modeller & painter. I’ve ordered a number of times from them and always got what I asked for promptly. The packing is first rate for delivery to the UK. The quality of the products is excellent value for money. I would recommend them to anyone.

I really like the products, but I have been waiting 2 months and my order has yet to arrive. In the future I will avoid ordering directly from the company.

I ordered a few paints, some electronics and sculpting putty, so not a huge bulk order. Prices were okay, delivery was reasonably fast (6 days including Sunday) and the package was trackable throughout. Couldn't be happier.

Le mois dernier, un produit que j'ai commandé n'était pas conforme à la description : dimensions protèges cartes plus petits qu'indiqué, les rendant un peu inutiles. Malheureusement plus sous blister, pas de retour possible.

Message envoyé pour le signaler au support : Deux semaines plus tard, pas de réponse.
Avis négatif posté sur la page produit : N'a visiblement pas passé la modération.

Had a bunch of stuff in my cart. £3.40 delivery it said. I went through the checkout process and noticed right at the end that the delivery had doubled.

I came here to check out the reviews and it looks like I had a close call. I wont order from them directly.

Ordered two things, one as a gift to a different address. One item arrived to the wrong address and the other didn't arrive. After 4 weeks the tracking said the item was being returned to the sender. The customer service was very slow and there was a lot of back and forth before they finally agreed to refund me. However, the refund did not go through until I contacted paypal about the issue. A few days later they requested the money back because they told me the item had been delivered when it had not been. A lot of hassle.

Don't bother great products but terrible delivery system never received after 3 weeks to be told its being sent back to them i have had to claim my money back from paypal as they take forever to get back to you AVOID AVOID buying direct from them as you wont get it i promise you it will end in just frustration
