Being a sculptor I order all my stuff from Green Stuff World and so far I didnt had any problem . Fast delivery,great materials and tools.
Recomended Green Stuff World to a few my fellows sculptors and they are also very happy with quality and service.

Got the small maple leaf leaf cutter and it’s really good. Will be picking the other ones up at a later point. 👍

First order damaged in transit and returned to company. I gave feedback on Facebook regarding the initial lack of help on the issue, which I said I would remove following a refund. My account was blocked so I made a second order via eBay. They sent me a message saying they would not send until I removed my negative feedback. So bribery and breach of eBay policy. Then they cancelled my eBay order altogether. Never dealt with such a rude and petty business!!

First order was good, good products and not any problem. But then i ordered again and... It never came... They Just canceled it without any words...
I asked them why. If there was something i can do... But they never answered. I tried again to order and even try to order from eBay but they canceled too.
Until now i dont understand what's going wrong and so i cant fix it...
They only answer when there is no problem or if you are happy with your order. Dont expect any consideration if you need help after you buy something from them !

Grade products but bad customer support.
I often use their colors and ordered several times.
Normally the colors are nice and have a god Quality,
But onetime the collors were defect greygreen instant of smaragdgreen. I wrote many Mails to the support with picture usw. but they told me that this should be normal and they cannot send new colors.

I would love to give these guys a five star rating for their products but I have found that the service side isn't great.

Having only ordered twice - and in what I would consider a large order both times - the second one was not exactly great - well nor was the first but that was my mistake, not theirs.

1) There was an issue with the the ink being sent which caused a delay - thats fine,quality is king, however, rather than inform me of the delay they just sat on it until I asked where it was.

2) Upon receiving the ink I mixed yellow with a touch of brown and somehow got green - I tried another brown, again green.

3) The inks to my experience (yellow aside) are acting more like washes than inks.

Okay, problems happen, but when I get in touch, firstly they didn't understand the question - fine, language barriers, thats okay but when I go into more detail and give a specific example - deathly quiet.

No offer of a replacement being sent or returning at their cost - nothing.
