Alison and the Green Willow team were fantastic in every department. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was too much trouble.
Alison was very professional but with humanity that me and my brother very much appreciated.
Even though Alison was away for the service she made sure everything was in place and went smoothly, Tom and the team on the day were spot on.
On behalf of my family I would like to thank the Green Willow team and particularly Alison.

Alison and her colleagues were absolutely brilliant during the whole process of planning and the day of my Dads funeral.
It was well planned with consistent feedback through the planning phases. Dealt with a major issue as the original celebrant dropped out through ill health. On the day the team were excellent, made us all feel at ease and to get in the spirit of celebrating Dad’s life, ahead of the service. Guided us well during the carrying of the coffin etc and made sure we got to the Wake comfortably.

My family and I were recommended Green Willow for my mother's funeral and would whole heartedly recommend to others. Alison supported us throughout the whole process and very much so on the day of the funeral - the process was so calm with her extensive knowledge and also so caring and supportive. No query was too much trouble

Green Willows were fantastic and made a very difficult process very easy for my family. Alison was very efficient, professional and compassionate. Sue our humanist was also amazing. I would highly recommend.

Alison and the team were very professional from start to finish and clearly have a lot of experience dealing with bereaved families with empathy and compassion. Nothing was too much trouble, and on the day of the funeral we were not put under any pressure whatsoever, even though a lot of the organisation is very time sensitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending Greenwillow!

Alison Young, Funeral Director, Green Willows, provided an excellent service overall. Her support and advice right from the beginning helped to make a difficult time manageable. We used the Dinas Powys branch and Ben was our funeral director from start to finish for our Mum's funeral.
I can honestly say he went above and beyond, even coning to the house to see if he could help on the day Mum died as he noticed my brother trying to access the defibrillator from the pub opposite.
He kept us informed at every stage and was always kind and considerate of all the family's needs.
On the day of the funeral everyone involved was so professional and respectful and they made sure the day went very smoothly.
I highly recommend that you use this company if you can and you will be assured of a top class service with a personal touch.

Tom Webster and his team provided an exceptional service - sensitive and empathic but also highly practical, taking care of every aspect of the funeral in a way that removed so much of the inevitable stress involved.

Green Willow provided an impeccable first class professional service from start to end for my Dear Dads funeral. We have sadly had to use the services of Green Willow twice within a small number of months for both our precious parents. However, once again, Ben Hartery, Andy and the team in Dinas Powys were faultless. From initial contact with Ben in the middle of the night and everything leading up to and including the funeral and crematorium services, Ben and his team were highly professional and thorough, yet very compassionate and caring. Ben in particular made sure that everything was organised perfectly and that all the formalities ran without a hitch. We were confident to leave all the arrangements to him and knew he and his team wouldn’t let us down.
