I would certainly reccomend Green Willow for the way they conducted
Mum's funeral.Professional yet caring at the same time.
Angela was always available and couldnt have been nicer.It made the whole process feel that much easier.
We as a family felt supported all through the weeks before the funeral until the scattering of the ashes.

Alison was amazing, very thoughtful, kind and sensitive she was extremely helpful always at the end of the phone. She made sure everything was perfect on a very difficult day. I would highly recommend Green Willows and Alison

We found Greenwillow very professional and caring throughout. We met Alison and discussed our requirements with her. We knew we wanted a very personal humanist service and that is exactly what we had. Good communication throughout and everything explained. All staff were smart and professional at the service. We also used the humanist recommended by Greenwillow and she was excellent too.

I couldn't recommend Green Willow enough. From my first enquiry with Angela, I felt so supported and heard. Planning a funeral through heartbreak feels impossible but Angela was with me, every step of the way. I was able to plan the day exactly how my husband would have wanted, nothing was too much trouble and I had so many options to make the day perfect for our family. I am beyond thankful I chose Green Willow, and I would love to give a special thanks to Angela for being so wonderful to myself and my children, I couldn't have done it without you.

Would definitely recommend using Green Willows. Alison is lovely, very caring and helped us with giving my mum a beautiful service. All the staff are lovely. Just what you need in difficult times.

Alison and her team have shown great sensitivity and attention to detail during a very difficult time for us. They managed to organise and coordinate a large scale funeral with care, patience and compassion.

I genuinely cannot fault Green Willow Funerals, I’ve sadly had need to use them twice and both experiences have been excellent. The care, compassion, responsiveness and professionalism has been very comforting at such a difficult time. I felt that my loved ones have been very much respectfully cared for, and myself and my family were supported throughout every step. It takes a very special person to do this job, to connect with people whilst they grieve. Ben was outstanding in the care and guidance he gave me, and I am forever grateful. All staff went above and beyond to help me to organise my father’s funeral. Small but appreciated gestures throughout, including giving myself and my daughter roses from the floral spray as we said goodbye to Dad, respectfully taking video and photos as we had a police escort. Right through to the aftercare weeks later, checking in and responding to my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend Green Willow Funerals should you ever be in the unfortunate position to need their services, you will be in good and caring hands.

We have had nothing but great experience with Green Willow previously so it was a simple choice to use their services again.
