Well haven’t yet had our fire fitted, but all we can say is we’ve visited loads of places and none of them were so friendly and informative! And the site visit was professional and loads of information that the other companies did not even say , we are looking forward to our new fire even more now !

Used this heating/plumbing company several times now (domestic boiler installation, general plumbing, electric shower replacement etc). Always efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing very fair and competitive.
Will use in future for this kind of work

Couldn’t fault groves gas capped off an old gas heater also took away the old one engineer was promt and very polite!! Will definitely be using them again….

Mike and the brilliant team from Groves recently fitted our new gas fire and fireplace. As usual the guys did a grand job, very professional, trustworthy and courteous. Can highly recommend Groves. We’ve been using them for the past 10 plus years. We trust them completely.

I recently had a new log burner installed by Chris and Pete, and from my initial enquiry to the final install the process was seamless. The guys were bang on time to start the job, clean and tidy throughout the work until completion. All aspects of the stove and it’s operations were fully explained as expected, including peace of mind knowledge that 24/7 after care/advice will always be there if needed. Superb…10/10!!

Excellent service with a very happy team. Log burner installed with little disruption. Cannot fault their workmanship. Highly recommend these for a fair price and efficient work ethos.

I had air con fitted by Groves Gas.
From the off, I was very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of all staff I dealt with, both over the phone and In person.
I had 2 consultations and all my questions were answered in a way that I could understand. I had advice from where the best places were to install the units, both inside and out, prices and available dates.
The staff who fitted my air con were very friendly and still happy to answer any further questions I had.
They were very efficient and tidy. They cleaned up any mess that had to be made and the job was done within 2 days.
I wholeheartedly recommend Groves Gas to go to for any work you need doing, I couldn’t have asked for any better.

We decided to replace our old boiler due to persistent issues plaguing us for over a year. The chap from Groves recommended a simple solution - replacing the TMS valve - to see if it would resolve the problem. Surprisingly, this small change worked like magic and saved us much money. Excellent service from a local business that genuinely cares about its clients' best interests. Happy days!

Chris has been amazing he has been with us since day 1 of deciding to get a mulit fuel stove so much information and advice given I couldn't ask for any better. Pete has been fantastic lots advice and guidance and the young lad what a brilliant apprentice.Highly recommended and so glad I went with Groves

I have so much faith and confidence in Groves Gas since I found them a good few years ago. With regard to the most recent leak, as always, they were friendly and quick to respond not to mention solving the problem of the leak. I know without a shadow of doubt that the engineers always aim to carry out an excellent job even when they have to problem solve the more tricky jobs. Thank you to Billie on this occasion.

Called Groves Gas and got through to Shaun, explained our boiler is showing low pressure so we have no hot water. He asked us to send in a photo to see if he could help us increase the pressure without the need to have a call out and within minutes he provided a simple, quick solution!

So happy to have hot water, and really impressed with the service!

Five star service from start to finish with Groves gas. Chris and Pete the fitters offered an excellent service and in depth guidance- couldn't recommend highly enough!

Staying as a guest at my Mother in Law's, late on Friday night, I noticed water marks on the ceiling downstairs. Quick check upstairs showed a dripping pipe below the combi boiler.

Called Grove first thing Saturday morning, and an engineer arrived soon after.

The leaking joint was in a very awkward location, but he manged to fix it by working upside down in a cramped cupboard.

It took less than an hour, and we were kept informed throughout.

Definately a 5 star service !

Our old Worcester 350 boiler broke after 28 years late one night. Called Groves the following morning, explained the situation and an engineer came over within a few hours to look at the issue. A new Worcester 8000 was recommended and the quote came in that day. They were very quick to give us an installation date and two guys, Rhys and Billy turned up. In addition we asked for some radiators to be replaced which was not an issue and a requote was done ASAP. The two guys were very polite, knew exactly what they were doing. Methodical in their approach to making sure everything was correct and working before they left. Pipe work was neat, brickwork was matched, radiators were piping hot and water pressure was correct. Even spotted a bent radiator from our supplier. They left no mess and were respectful while working in our house. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Me and my husband have had three jobs completed by Groves Gas including a gas fire removal, a room thermostat fitted and an emergency bathroom leak repair and have been overwhelmed with the level of service every time.

Today was a particular example. Billy came out at very short notice, put us at ease with his knowledge and fixed the repair. He went above and beyond to cut the plasterboard level and had a good sense of humour which definitely helped put us at ease during a very stressful situation. What a credit to the company!! This guy deserves a bonus.

For every call out and job done by Groves gas we’ve experienced the staff to be friendly, helpful, quick to respond and competitively priced. Do not hesitate to go with this company- YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
