Kirsty, was so helpful and very efficient, same day delivery for my product, Kia was polite and helpful when he arrived at our home.
Will definitely be a constant customer.

Had Chris and team install our log burner. Great customer service throughout, offered advice on sourcing our own stove because of lead times, did a cracking near job. We spoke to several different installers, went with these because they were the only ones who seemed reliable and dedicated to doing a good job, and we weren't disappointed. Professional and friendly, highly recommended!

Very efficient for reminding me to have service done.
Stan came and phoned us prior to coming to do the service. He is very cheerful and promptly did the work and didn’t take long.
I would recommend Groves gas every time and have used them for quite a few years now. 🙂

I've been using Groves Gas for my oil boiler servicing for several years, they are an excellent company and all their engineers are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced.

A big thank you to all the staff at Groves Gas for making our gas boiler repair following a breakdown, such a good experience.
The office staff were courteous and efficient when I talked on the phone to them. They did exactly as they promised.
Gareth who came to diagnose the problem, and Rhys who came to replace the faulty parts, were both polite efficient and competent. Appreciated the phone call to say they were on their way. Smart van and uniforms and tidy tool bags.
So impressed, have signed up to a Groves Gas service plan. Appreciate the paperless administration.

They give a very good service when servicing the boiler and gas fire.
The fitter who fitter the new boiler could have done a better job in placing the new pipes rather than cutting through kitchen cabinets, across corners taking up valuable room and having to be reminded to follow what was agreed.
All our other dealling with their gas fitters, plumbers and administration staff has been excellent.

A very reliable family run company always willing to help for any plumbing or heating problems, They have serviced our boiler for a number of years. They have also fitted a new disabled shower. Whenever I have called for a problem they have always arrived the same day,

Always have exceptional service off these guys, having known Sean for many years. He is always on the end of the phone if I have any issues!! He as rectified many problems created by previous plumbers!!

Always contact Groves first whatever the problem, electrical, plumbing or boiler. Excellent service and all staff polite and friendly. Sorry I can’t remember all the names but Stan’s the man if you have a problem!

I have used Groves gas for many years , first of all to do the annual safety checks etc on my mums central heating and then we had them to renew our old oil boiler - a dirty job to say the least - all carried out with no problems , we like that they send you an invoice after the work is completed and that we can pay online .
They arrive when they say they will , they keep in contact and reply promptly when contacted .
I’m happy to give them a well deserved good review .
