Really satisfied with purchase. Got exactly what I paid for and came in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend to friends and will be buying more equipment in the future.

Bought $5k worth of gear for a full set up home gym! Did postage take a little longer than expected? Yes! Are we living through a Pandemic? Yes! Will I order from Gym Direct again? Yes!! Chris was always very responsive, helpful and ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. The equipment is all to a high quality! Thanks we will be making another order soon!

Bought the pump 20kg barbell set and subsequently extra weights. Good value for money, decent shipping rates and fast delivery.

My experience with this Company has been far from acceptable. From the time I placed my first order, communication has been horrendous to say the least. I received little communication at best regarding back orders and most orders placed I would find myself waiting for two months average. The equipment that arrived was either broken, damaged or faulty. I found that I was regularly seeking updates on orders placed, replacement parts, only to be met with silence. Each time I attempted to call them, I was met with an automated message stating the were only answering email enquiries. Extremely poor business practices! They even refunded an order when I made an enquiry regarding the status of a product I ordered that was supposedly 'In Stock' without asking if I wanted to wait. The communication I did receive what short and abrupt, not what I would expect from a Company I've spent thousands of dollars with. If I knew back then when I was placing my first order the experience I was going to have, I definitely would not have ordered from this Company.

It was hard work all the way.
I had to chase my order. I had to chase information and all the time I was disappointed.
My order took a total of 6mths to get finalized. I didn’t get what I originally ordered. It was swapped for something that wasn’t sold already. That too was delayed and then turned up only half the order. I had to again chase info and ensure I got what I had paid for.
In the current climate I understand there are delays but the service and communication was slim to none.
Would not recommend or use this business again. Terrible experience.

Comprehensive range, quick delivery and great customer service. All purchases have been great quality and would highly recommend using Gym Direct.

I’ve made multiple purchases from Gym Direct over the last year and they’ve always been great. Awesome gear at prices that are better than anywhere else, great shipping prices and easy pick up from the warehouse if needed (pick up times booked in advance).

My only gripe with Gym Direct is whenever calling for anything I’m greeted with incredibly blunt service over the phone. Borderline rude in how sharp and short they can be and not too informative. It always seems like it’s a hassle for them to serve someone over the phone.

Supplied rusted, unsafe equipment.
Issue raised - effectively stated “that’s how they are”.
Eventually returned, took a few attempts to get the refund.
Partial refund given, I’m out of pocket.

Unresponsive customer service, constant further delays on my order (arrived 3 months later than expected date) and they did not acknowledge these further delays - I followed up 5 times only to receive a generic response that my order would arrive within the next week which was untrue every time

Even throughout the COVID crisis, and and he consequent product supply issues, they managed to keep trucking. Excellent service under duress.

The gym equipment they supply is excellent value for money and of very good quality. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of the long delay in delivery. However, it was worth the wait.

Gym Direct is an outstanding company! They have surpassed my expectations, their service, products and communication is exceptional. I highly recommend Gyms Direct and will purchase from them again.
