I have always found the shipping service as well as customer service to be high level.

I was disappointed I got the wrong product. I had wanted the plain angel wash in the pink bottle. I received the purple shampoo for blondes or gray. It was difficult to decipher the colour of the bottle on the website. I had already opened the product so I couldn't send back. I have fine gray hair, 80 years old and I definitely needed some volume. Help!
