This is the second time I’ve ordered from Hair Care Canada and it’s gone perfectly both times. I couldn’t find a local salon to keep buying a product that’s essential to my hair care routine (Kevin Murphy’s Re.store) and was glad to find somewhere online I could order it. It shipped quickly, well packaged, and arrive in perfect condition.

I had some trouble getting my discount code to work. I went on the live chat and asked if they could figure out why my code kept coming up invalid. The person I spoke with couldn’t find the problem but gave me the discount anyway and immediately refunded the amount. That’s awesome service! No fuss no muss. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Awful experience. I had made orders here before and they were great. I recently ordered a daily large order and hair care Canada shipped my order to the wrong address. I contacted support and they will not resend any product or even partially refund my purchase. Regardless of the pact all addresses on my invoice are correct it was a shipping error on their part. Do not order there is no customer support. I will not be buying here again.
