I wanted to treat myself to some luxury hair extensions. I bought 6 packs of tape in hair 16 in and had my hair colored along with a blow dry and clear gloss at the hair dreams salon at Cesar’s palace. I have been wearing tape ins for 20 years. The hair was straight and very soft at the install. I did ask the origin of the hair but never got a straight answer. I waited 4 days after the Install to wash my hair and i was told by my stylists that the hair would expand after the first wash. I thought that was odd. The hair is curly and frizzy and doesn’t not match my fine straight hair!!! I was never told that the hair was curly! I spent 1290.00 so disappointed!!!!!

I had my Nano extensions applied in January and they were ready to come out for new set to be applied (05/2025). I have fine hair and my hair doesn't grow much. When my extensions were removed, I was surprise at how much my own hair grew. The hair remained nice and silky the whole time. The removal, color, and reapplication took about 4 hours, which in my experience was really fast. I am addicted to this hair!

I've used a couple of there systems. Laser beamer nanos are my favorite! In comparison to other extension companies I have used over the years they ar eby far the BEST, great quality. Super happy with my hair :) def reccomend Hairdreams

I purchased the microlines topper that is attached semi permanently. The worst thing ever. The topper itself has small hairs that stick up everywhere. I was told that it has to be that way because of the attachment process. It feels terrible. Then mine came with a solid part in front that is bulky and makes it look fake. The pice is hot and itchy and I could not wait to have it taken off. Lastly, the amount of hair loss when it is time to reposition is very alarming. I hope my hair grows back. My natural thinning hair would have been better. It was not at all worth the money I spent. I would not recommend this to anyone. I was always self conscious because it looked so fake. Now I have a hairpiece that I can’t wear. Used only a few months.

I was new to extensions, and decided to treat myself for my birthday. I had only used clip in extensions before but wanted something that I didn't have to put in daily. *Insert HAIRDREAMS* Wow! I love these! They are so lightweight and match my hair perfectly. I am a busy mom and don't always have time to style my hair, but these extensions make my hair look amazing daily. The stylist was phenomenal and the hair is so soft and feels like my own. If you take care of them, they last for quite awhile. I went in to get them redone, and once again, nothing short of exceptional! Highly recommend!

The company doesn't provide information about their products unless you divulge all your earnings information and it's acceptable to them.
With all the scams on the Internet, this company really thinks it's a good idea to pick and choose it's customers online.
I'd just like to know if this product is worth my while. I'm a barber instructor who teaches about hair loss solutions. I also own two barber shops where my customers have been asking for hair loss solutions. As of now, I only offer extensions for women.
I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

Sane thing as below my last review, I hope people read these. terrible sylist and hair quality You can see the tapes so shiney never had this bad of a job done before. I would check them out she went even let me the hair before putting it in , i see why now, The hair getd real curly after washing it its terrible, I wish I could hear back from a representative for this company as the sylist in Olympia Wa is so awfull< If this company cares about there reputation they should look into this as a sylist that lies to you doesn't represent you very will. She her self has lost hair showed it to me, It's not suprising now that I experienced her botch extention job. I will be putting the word out on all the extentione blogs and that sure isn't going to help you business I will never go back there and I hope others take note, She is trying to start her own business and this needs to be stoped.

I recently had nano laser hair dreams extensions installed. My first thought was for the price of the hair alone the quality should be 1000 times better then what it is the hair feels very corse like horse hair and it’s very frayed and shedding a lot. It did not blend well at all with my natural hair which was already past shoulder length so there shouldn’t have been a problem with blending them without cutting . The bonds themselves are not small like they claim they are very bulky and sharp yes they will say they will get smaller after a time well it’s been a few weeks and they have not they are twisting instead of lying flat to my hair and they’ve already begun to slip. For something that is suppose to be applied and left in for 6 months it’s a joke. I spent over two grand to have this hair installed and I hate it. Idk if it was the stylist fault for placement and how she installed them but I wouldn’t waste your money on these

Like a few other reviews, the first time I shampooed after getting tape on extensions at hairdreams in Torrance , CA, the extensions originally straight as my natural hair is to super curly. I cannot wash and wear. Besides the curl, the extensions texture completely changed as well from soft too dryish and a bit frizzie.
They told me no special shampoo or conditioner needed.

I have very thin hair, so I got my first Hairdreams tape-in extensions few weeks ago, but they are horrible for straight hair. Some details:
- the hair was straight when it was inserted but after showering it got curly, much more than the soft wave extensions often have. I called the hair stylist and I contacted hairdreams and they both told me that this is the straightest they have.
- now, I have to straighten my hair every single day. First, this severly damages my own hair that sits between the extensions. And second, the wave returns at the slightest presence of humidity and then I run around with half straight half curled hair. Totally unacceptable
- so I paid 700€ to now mostly style my hair as a bun as otherwise it just looks horrible.

In Short: to everyone having hair that is not curled, I would strongly recommend not to choose hairdreams

Thank you very much for getting back to me. I responded to the email several weeks ago but did not get any response from hairdreams, yet. Also, I contacted both, the customer support and the hair stylist several times directly after realizing the wrong structure but the answer was basically „deal with it“.

BEST HAIR EVER! I have tried over 7 different extension brands over the years and Hairdreams is by far the best! They are superior to all other company out there in so many ways! I will never go back to any other hair extension company and will be loyal to Hairdreams from here on out! Thank you for the most amazing experience from beginning to end!!

Best Hair ever!!!

Experiencing hair loss is a devastating thing to experience. When you go to a salon that promotes the solution to hair loss and spend almost $2000 to look good you get a little disappointed when the Hair that they provide you with looks like a toupee. Granted, they have been very genuine scheduling the appointment after appointment to fix it but I shouldn’t have to go through this. I’m now on my third week of not being able to go out in public because my hair looks worse than if I did nothing to it.
The other complaint in the Torrance office is that the office is so freaking hot there’s no air-conditioning in there and a bunch of women sitting in there and it’s very tiny room which makes the room extremely hot. It’s uncomfortable.

Update. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY HERE!!! THERE ARE OTHER BETTER HAIR PRODUCTS THAT ACTUALLY LOOK LIKE HAIR. THIS PKACE IS A RIP OFF.

Contacted Hairdreams (HairbyIvy) to get a weave installed for my graduation photoshoot. I was informed that a consultation was essential before a wig installation. I went on to book an appointment for a consultation, only to discover that I had to pay for it. (This is just the beginning, trust me).
I met with the “head stylist” for a consultation, who basically informed me in her own words that “I cannot afford her” but that I could book with another stylist. This senior stylist was supposedly more affordable, although ranked below the “head stylist”. This should have stopped me but I had committed and had seen good reviews online.
On the day of my weave install, I went in half an hour early, and informed the “head stylist” that I had washed my hair already so no need to repeat the process. She said there was no way they could cornrow my hair in the state that it was in. I let them shampoo and condition my hair. She also strongly recommended a mini keratin treatment, which I refused due to not wanting to alter my hair texture. She said she would still charge me for this as I had previously agreed to do it during my consultation (disregarding my hair needs at the time). The senior stylist, who I had booked the appointment with, had no idea how to blow dry my hair and almost burnt my ends. I asked for a heat protectant, and the senior stylist had no clue what I was talking about. She deferred to the “head stylist” who came over and said “I need to stop acting crazy cos I am in a professional environment.” I was so shocked, and disappointed at being spoken so rudely to because of a heat protectant.
It took two and half hours to cornrow my hair when it states on their website that it takes 4 hours to get a weave installed in total. In the end, I was so frustrated and disappointed that I left with only cornrows. And guess what, I paid £90 for the worst cornrows and worst customer service of my life.
So I advise you, I will even go ahead and plead with you, do not engage with this company, that disregards customer service and is just out there to make money, even at the expense of the people they are supposed to serve.

I have been suffering from
Hair loss and I was promised this would be the miracle treatment. After paying more than 1700 euros! My hair is falling out even more. And sadly I believed them and was putting their “elixir stop and grow” religiously every night for more than 4 months! And if you go to a salon to help (since the treatment is only through salons) they just con you into paying more money and ending up giving you fragile hair and more hair loss. Please beware and avoid!

So after more than 3 years, you respond and reply back?!!?! I already tried to contact the Hairdreams Italia 3 YEARS AGO! and they did NOTHING!! WHY WOULD I TRY AGAIN!?? TO JUST GET ANOTHER MAYBE REPLY IN 3 MORE YEARS?! LOL and btw, my hair that fell NEVER grew back!! so NO THANKS!
