Hajj And Umrah Experts レビュー

Asim brother was great and professional in making sure our umrah trip was just as we requested. I went with my children and was very nervous Asim brother made sure the visit went smoothly and every need was met. Asim brother was intouch with me all through out my visit and answered / supported me. I would definitely recommend Hajj and Umrah experts for your hajj or umrah visit. Thank you so much for everything
Jazak Allah khair

It’s my second time journey during one year time. I am completely satisfied with the way Zia Mustafa has handled my arrangements. He is highly supportive and professional and very friendly at the same time. If I am praising the efforts of the company, it is actually the direct appreciation and a big thank you to Zia Mustafa. Once I had a problem with my visa and I called him 2:30 in the morning, not only he attended my call but very patiently calmed me down while he himself was fast asleep. Hats off to him. During my joirney, he is always in contact with me even in the airports like he himself was travelling with us. Best umrah operators and best company because they have Zia Mustafa and likewise people. Always cater your needs even when you are not expecting them. Like they are more worried about you, more than yourself. Big Thank You.

Asim was very thorough throughout the process from booking flights hotels to Visa. Even checked in with me whilst out on my journey with family. Highly recommended

Wasted my 10 days and messing around for my wife visa for umra. Eventually just flown and got visa on arrival. I must say that avoid it like a plague.

I recently booked my travel package through Ahmed, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised flights, accommodation, and transport were smooth and stress free. Ahmed was professional, reliable, and always quick to respond to my questions.

The whole trip went exactly as planned, Alhamdulillah, and I felt completely at ease knowing everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Ahmed to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional travel organiser. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future.

Good Service ans Initiative by the organisation.
Please ask/ Speak to Awais.
One man to go, has updated knowledge, very soft spoken and has the expertise to work and manage withing tight limits
Got me my visa in three days Alhumdulillah.

We booked our Umrah trip in September with Hajj and Umrah and everything was amazing! All transfers from the airport to hotels and back were seamless, which made the whole journey stress-free. My wife and I had a wonderful time in both Makkah and Medina.

Special thanks to Ahmed — ask for him, he’s super helpful and makes everything run smoothly. Highly recommend!

Allhamdillulah I’m so grateful for this agency. My agent Zia was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout this whole process. With his assistance , I have been Umrah 5 times and had an enjoyable experience everytime. He communicates very well and is always at my service. He ensured I received the best price possible enabling even better experiences for me. In’sha’Allah to many more!

Not trustworthy. We have been asking for breakdown of invoice as it shows £1500 extra of the agreed price. We still did not get the breakdown, and now they want us to pay another £195.87 for cancellation fee.
We are very disappointed with the service, decided to write a review to warm others, and will bring this matter to Company House for their attention.

This is the 3rd time I will be going with this company, I don't think I can go with any other company as I am very very pleased with their services.

Brother Ahmed was so nice and was always available if there were any problem.
If you free to message him anytime and he will respond very quickly.
I have never been disappointed and I hope to keep going with this company as they are very reliable and keep to their promise

Thank you

My personal experience with them was very good - I applied some visa myself but could get through however with them it was different, it was seamless and without any hassle. Thank you very much team.

I Reserved a 10 day umrah package with this company to include flights, hotel. Transport and visa from the 20th - 30th April 2025. We were assisted by the agent from Umrah Hajj Experts . At the point of sales the agent was helpful and polite. When we arrived in Makkah there was no driver. We called the transport manager who was an extremely unprofessional and rude individual. He told us the driver was there and an hour later there was no driver. After texting the agent back in London we finally got a driver. We arrived at Makkah and 3 days later we waited for the driver who was going to do the ziyarat with us. After waiting 50 minutes the driver turned up late and he was also rude and rushed the ziarats and charged us 150 riyals extra. I made a complaint to the agent who told me the transport company was their own company which turned out to be false. We then waited for another driver to take us to Madina and he stopped for a break and disappeared for 40 minutes whilst we roasted in the car. When it was time for ziarats in Madina our driver did not turn up instead the transport company sent us a random green taxi. We stayed at the movenpick and day 2 of our stay reception knocked our door and said we needed to pay as the agent had not paid them. I called the agent and advised we were now having problems with the hotel booking. The agent whom I cannot now name as it breaches trust pilot guideline assured us he would sort it out. Days three and four we had the same issue again. Our stay was ruined and we had paid around £1830 per person for 10 day trip. The agent from Hajj and Umrah Experts did not help. Once I returned to london I told the same agent I wanted to file a complain which I did . Since the end of April 2025 the agent stopped all contact with me. Our trip was poorly Planned by the agent and we were lied to about the transport company being owned by them. The ziyarat were rushed we could not even step out of the car as we never got the opportunity in Makkah. Transport Company told us they were independent and Hajj and Umrah Experts were using them. We were really upset, stressed and disappointed that the agent had lied to us. We would never use this company ever again. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND..

Our recent Umrah journey was truly unforgettable, Alhamdulillah, thanks to the outstanding support and professionalism of Asim. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly without a single glitch. Asim was consistently prompt in responding to our calls and messages, ensuring we felt supported throughout.

Initially, we were a bit hesitant—especially after visiting the Hayes branch in London. However, his calm, reassuring manner and clear communication quickly put us at ease. Knowing that family members had previously traveled with this agency also gave us added confidence.

Asim’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our first Umrah experience both pleasant and spiritually enriching. I wholeheartedly recommend this travel service to anyone planning their pilgrimage. Without a doubt, we’ll be reaching out to Asim again for our next journey.

Whole experience was very smooth and Sheraz helped and guide me all the way.

Had a great Umrah experience with this company while travelling with friends, now planning again with family.
Their rates are very reasonable and service is excellent.
Brother Sheraz was always just a message away throughout the journey,5 stars customer service. highly recommended!

Alhamdulillah the best trip! Planned to perfection by brother Awais. Hotels and flights were booked with ease, No detail was missed and he was in contact with us consistently. I will always plan my ummrah trips with brother Awais. 100% highly recommend.

good and trusted company.

I had a very stressful and disappointing experience with Hajj and Umrah Experts. Due to poor guidance and negligence from their team I ended up spending far more than planned.

Firstly, they booked my Umrah travel for 15th–25th April without informing me that, as per Saudi government rules, the last date to enter for Umrah was 13th April. I had to pay extra to change my tickets last minute to meet the entry deadline.

Secondly, the visa handling was appalling. I was wrongly advised to "take a chance" and get a visa on arrival, even though I was not eligible. They told me Umrah visas through their agency were "not guaranteed" due to time constraints. I eventually had to spend more to get my visa processed elsewhere.

Throughout the process, communication was poor. One of their consultant, who was initially managing my case, disappeared midway. Another staff member Eman stepped in but she was rude and unhelpful.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone. The entire process was unprofessional and stressful—definitely not what you want when planning for a spiritual journey like Umrah.

JazakAllahu khair to Areeba for all the help for making our umrah journery for the last ten day of Ramadhan 2025. Flight, hotel, transport & visa all done stressfree. Regards from Zariah and Amina.

Jazakallah to Awais for providing us with such a fantastic package for our Umrah trip. From the day we contacted you till the day we returned, you provided us with up to date reminders throughout our journey. May Allah taala reward you for your time and effort.
