Received good service from Umaiza, she guided us a lot.

Good service

Great company for Umrah and Hajj services. Arham gave a great customer service from beginning to end alhamdullillah can't fault anything will definitely recommend to friends and family.

A great name and very good team for hajj and umrah service provider if you are looking for hajj and umrah journey , especially mention of Eman Tanveer who was provided me excellent customer service and helped me through the process from initial enquiry to confirmation and complete journey. Thanks to Eman Tanveer at Hajj and umra experts .

Emaan Tanveer was really helpful in finding a package for umrah and was very dedicated to ensure that we were provided with as much information as possible regarding the umrah packages

I booked my Umrah package with Abbas from Aerolinks and alhamdulillah it was the best decision I made, we planned to go for more than 2 weeks in total due to the love and attachment we have for the blessed cities Makkah and Madina, Abbas advised us the best packages to cater our needs and within our price range. We were able to book excellent hotels which were good walking distance to Haram, our booking with Abbas also included Visas transfers and Ziyarats, we were happy with the level of communication and service from the drivers. I will most definitely be booking again with Abbas for our next Umrah Trip. Abbas kept us up to date with all necessary information and if we had any questions he would respond immediately, very happy and highly satisfied. Would definitely recommend Abbas to book your umrah trip.

They have all kinds of Umra packages from budget to 1st class experience. We have booked through Maiza Khan and she was very helpful, friendly and professional. She has helped us to choose a umra package according to our budget with no force sales tactics. Once we have reached Mecca hotel on our very first day, we had a problem with reception staff and we have contacted her from Mecca and she did respond immediately and sorted out the problem. I would highly recommend her to book your Hajj/Umrah packages.

Well organised and timed to travel. Makkah hotel could be better rated, however good experience overall and kept to its promise. Thanks guys for your services and thank to Hamza who arranged every step of the package to a time schedule. Will certainly book again.

My first time going for Umrah and booking through Abbas it was a stress free journey alhamdulillah. He gave a good price and included everything that I needed on the trip such as transfers, ziyarat etc. I would recommend Abbas to anyone planning to go for Umrah or Hajj.

Hajj and Umrah Expert is the best hajj and umrah organiser. Special agent Eman she is a good and well experienced person.

Assalamu’alaykum, the Umrah experience was fantastic. We were fortunate enough to have Brother Ahmed Riaz give us help from flight bookings to 5-star hotels and he was always in contact with us throughout the week while we were at Makkah and Medina. Jazakallah.

Assalam alaikum
This was my second trip arranged by them, this time I was on budget. I explained my situation to rep Shayan, he arranged everything according to by budget, he made sure hotels were not far and with all facilities according to my requirements. He did the follow-ups, he kept me posted. He even called me as soon as I returned to check whether everything was fine. I am really impressed! Jazak Allah to entire team. You guys were in my prayers. May Allah bless you all with health and Rozi. Ameen!!!!! From Shabnam Charanya

This company was so good. The transport service was very good and friendly. Ziyarat and hotels were good. Thank you so much.

Customisable ummrah package. Very clear and efficient communication. The agent Arham I worked with was understanding of my needs and requirements. Kept in contact to ensure everything ran smoothly. 10/10 would recommend and use the service again.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a fantastic Umrah trip in July, organized by Hajj And Umrah Experts for a group of seven adults. From start to finish, the journey was exceptionally well-coordinated, thanks to the meticulous arrangements made by Muhammad Bin Umar.

Our accommodations were top-notch, staying at the Pullman in Mecca and the InterContinental in Madinah. Both hotels exceeded our expectations in terms of standard and quality, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Muhammad Bin Umar handled every aspect of our travel arrangements with great attention to detail. This included our ground transportation, air travel, and knowledgeable guides, all of which were flawlessly organized. Additionally, he efficiently managed our visa applications, obtaining them in quick time.

While there were some initial miscommunications at the beginning, this is to be expected when booking group travel for an extended period. Despite this, the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable.

I highly recommend Hajj And Umrah Experts for anyone planning their Umrah trip. Their dedication to providing excellent service and ensuring a seamless travel experience is truly commendable. Thank you, Muhammad Bin Umar, for making our journey memorable and worry-free!

To be honest a few hiccups in the start with the communication - likely that we didn't understand what the other meant but Alhamdulillah they made our Umrah experience one of a kind. There was no hiccups from arriving to Jeddah to coming back to UK. The transport and especially the drivers (especially Ramzan) were top class. Hats off to the local contact - Haider - who was always contactable for delivering a great service. His drivers were a reflection of his work - exemplary. Hotels and location were amazing and ziyarats were well organised. All in all an Umrah we won't forget. Jazakallah khair to Muhammad brother for helping us make this a truly unforgettable
