Made an enquiry about a x5 advertised in Websote, via their WhatsApp channel. Got a call back quickly and he lady in sales discussed a few things and promised to go away and try and source a vehicle and would call me back. No call back received after nearly a week. So messaged again on WhatsApp and got a message saying sorry and someone would be in touch very soon. Again days later nothing. It would appear they simply don’t want or need business and to say it’s unprofessional to promise to get back to customers then fail to do so, not once but twice is pretty poor. It would appear the offers they post on line cannot be delivered.

Thanks Nathan who was efficient and effective with booking my car in today.

Reception lady was fantastic
Always amazing and knew my name, greeting me by name make be feel known and valued on arrival.

Looking forward to my car now driving to Spain and two weeks then back to check all ok.

Halliwell Jones is only as efficient and effective as those who represent the brand and these people are all brand ambassadors

Wife went in to enquire over a MINI and was met by a young man named Thomas, he seemed very disinterested in my wife’s needs or requirements and instead decided to tell her about his family business that went bust. She came away with no information or indicative prices for her current MINI.

Needless to say she didn’t buy a car from him. Yet the team at Wilmslow where the opposite, a very nice chap took his time and gave her all the required information, she will be placing her order with him over the coming days, shame really as we live just a few miles away from Warrington yet I’d not return there going forward.

I bought a Mini for my wife nice car but service has been pretty poor really numerous e mails but now total silence. We bought the car in February 2026 and they have failed to do the basics such as complete the ownership documentation V5. The car is still registered with the previous owner.

Although carpet were a contracted deliverable the order was never fulfilled

10 weeks and several mails but no progress to date, so if Halliwell Jones cannot get the basics right it could be assumed this translates to other services one might rely on to look after car or provide a quality service any other way.

I wish I had seen the original trust pilot status my choice of supplier would have been different. I cannot recommend this company.

Even in a small queue I was dealt with quickly by polite & friendly staff. My car had a big service and the itemised bill reflected the work done so all good.
I was concerned about extra costs but I was assured the quoted service cost would be what I paid which is what happened. From this 1st time experience with this BMW garage I will definately return for future services.

Why do they give you a time to turn up when basically they expect to take their time to do something like a mini service, 5 hours in fact. My time is precious too and I I have the decency to arrive on time I expect you to have resource available within 15 minutes

Woeful customer service from both BMW UK and Halliwell Jones Warrington, repeated failures regarding keeping me updated, car under warranty and has been in the garage for 3 days, still waiting on authorisation from BMW apparently, and told a further 3 days before it’s ready, no courtesy car available for weeks, BMW road side assist let me down, advised me to take the vehicle in, but told they couldn’t look at the car for 3 days, wasted visit, then had to escalate to get the vehicle booked in for a repair to a fault on a part under warranty, still haven’t repaired, but quick enough to send me a vehicle health check video requesting authorisation for £500+ for two rear tyres, still well over legal limit, totally let down and frustrated by the whole experience, would NEVER purchase a BMW or select the service partner of Hallliwell Jones, no escalation feedback, poor poor poor, avoid

I purchase a BMW 4 Series G22 coupe model that was 2.5 years old in Dec 2025.
Prior to agreeing to the purchase, I raised a number of items requiring attention. I was subsequently advised that these had been completed and that the vehicle was ready for collection. On this basis, I undertook a one-way, three-hour train journey to collect the vehicle.

Upon inspection on the day of collection, it was immediately apparent that little to none of the agreed work had been carried out. I was then asked to wait while the issues were addressed, with an estimated time of approximately two hours. In reality, I was delayed for nearly six hours before being able to leave with the vehicle.

Additionally, the vehicle continued to display a fault via the BMW App, which I was assured would clear within a few days. This did not occur, so after a week of correspondence, I was instructed to book the vehicle into my local BMW dealership, with the earliest available appointment being two weeks later.

Following a BMW dealership Vehicle Health Check, I was advised that both front tyres were in a condition marked “Needs Urgent Attention”, with clear evidence of perishing and visible cords. This constitutes a serious safety defect. I provided your dealership with the BMW report and supporting video evidence.

Despite this, I was informed that Halliwell Jones Warrington would not accept responsibility, on the basis that this issue was allegedly not present at the point of sale and must have occurred during my ownership.
The vehicle has covered only 470 miles and owned just a little over a one month and I am now going to be out of pocket by £618!!!
The BMW dealership that identified the defect has confirmed that tyres do not deteriorate to this condition within such a short mileage or timeframe and that this issue would most likely have been present prior to sale.

I have purchased from other BMW Dealerships and this one is by far the worse on how they treat and handle there customers queries!

Really disappointed with my recent experience. After running an HPI check on the vehicle’s history (24 plate), it became clear that I had effectively been mis-sold the car. It’s crazy to think you even need to run an HPI check when buying from a main dealer and paying a premium price but better to be safe than sorry. Once I raised this with the dealership, I was informed that they could no longer proceed with the sale as doing so would breach BMW regulations. By this point, the funds had already been paid out and a hard credit check had been recorded against my name.

I am giving them the opportunity to rectify the situation, as the matter has now been escalated. I will await their response and update my review accordingly.

Just had a major service at this dealership, unfortunately yet again problems occurred.
In my opinion the oil had not been changed during the service as when I checked at home the oil was jet black and no sign of oil spots under the car, I was told this was normal? They did offer to rechange the oil and send a video which they did and this time the oil was a completely different colour strangely enough. Also on driving home from the dealership both my wing mirrors would not work correctly but they were fine when the car went into the dealership. After an inspection from a senior technician I was informed that the car needed new electrics for the mirrors at a reduced cost £671.41.
I declined as the fault only occurred at their premises and had my car returned. The mirrors are now fully functioning with no problems without having to pay for a repair.

From the moment I walked in was greeted with friendly faces . The lady in the desk was so nice and helpful as I inquired about a car on line .She took me over to see Chris the sale man .He was brilliant and honest and made me feel at ease ,with in 10 mins I bought the car .He spent time with me explaining things and showing me how it all worked .we look forward to dealing with him in the future!

Took our 520 xdrive in for failed pneumatic suspension, Amy could not have been more helpful. We had huge issues with our 3rd party warranty and she was so patient, helpful and reassuring. It was a pleasure to deal with her and would recommend to anyone!

Never know such terrible customer service for a premium brand I waited 14 months to have a recall done i had to get bmw uk involved in the end they said i will get a loan car so i specified I needed a bigger loan car so all this was agreed over the phone and I waited a further 3 weeks because I have got a 7 series only to drop my car off and they tried to palm me off with a basic 118l I need to get 4 people in it and a wheelchair i won't be buying another bmw ever again

Ordered a new X3 having just bought a brand new M3 touring competition everything was great then they wouldn't give me a trade in price until they got a chassis number they eventually got the number still no trade in price had to wait until the vehicle was on the boat after asking and asking they gave me a very poor price and I lost the vehicle they said they would sell it to someone else that's the sales experience there serving is worse I had my M3 touring competition serviced it came out filthy engine compartment covered in engine oil and door handle and B post not washed or hoovered £500 pound running in service discrace they offered to clean an wash it after complaining why not do this in the first place I have bought two cars from them in the past but never again absolutely shocking experience one thing is there consistently a shambles

Wow, what a difference in a couple of years! I stopped using the Warrington site due to a previous unsatisfactory experience. Decided to give them another try and got exceptional customer service! A special “shout out” to Nick Jolley and Max Evans, they couldn’t have been more helpful! Definitely highly recommended now 👏

Outstanding service from Chris Benson he bought my BMW X3 He made an offer from photos and details I sent to him, he made an offer subject to seeing the car. He came on time to see the car and honoured his quote, the money was then paid promptly and once the V5 was received the small balance was received. Very nice person a pleasure to deal with

Given credit where it is due, I had three repairs carried out, on bmw 22” individual wheels Dimond cut.
I’ve been blown away with the excellent repairs and service from the staff, think Josh is the wheel repair guy and Andy the guy in charge on the desk.
But thanks guys for the professional work on my wheels and the price was amazing value thank you regards Neil

Avoid!! Terrible customer service!! Shocking experience!! Do yourself a favour and go to a proper garage.

Unfortunately can't rate less than a 1 other wise I would. Took our car in for a simple service. Received our car back with zero parking sensors. Due to a fault with the actual part corroded internally an it was never picked up an was still sent out. Health an safety regulations obviously haven't been read up on or studied with in this field of business. Tried to waver us with a gesture of good will when we have anti corrosion warranty which they knew and still tried to act like they was helping us and doing us a favour but unprofessionally stated "we will just have to take the loss". it should be completely free and free of charge. Trying to charge us 400 when it's free stated in black and white through BMW T&Cs and the warranty list. Damaged has now been caused to the tail light and boot of out car that we've owned less than 2 years I have called repeatedly today for updates and called them out on their lies an keep getting told I will receive a call back from Adam who is looking after our car. Adam never called because Adam tried to pull a fast one on 2 very loyal customers who've had 3 cars brand new through halliwell jones over the past 6 years..

Booked my car in for oil and filter brake fluid change on Fri 26th April 2024 got a phone call at 14.00 to say they cannot do the brake fluid because they have snapped the bleed nipple but its not leaking so its ok to use but i need to take it to a machine shop to get it sorted and my back tyres had 4mm on them and needed changing so when i picked the car up later that day they said i need to sign a diclainmer to say the car is not roadworthey i am absolutely shocked at this service so not only am i left with a car i can't drive but a big bill aswell due to Halliwell Jones not doing the job proporly please do not take you car there very very unprofessional company not good Halliwell Jones
