Didn’t get the impression that the wharehouse staff knew we had stock to pick up. Our order was accepted and payment taken but the stock was not there to pick-up. One of the tables had signs of woodworm and so we are now waiting for new stock to be delivered to the wharehouse, we hope the stock control system has improved re the next time we visit. 👍to Megan she’s been good on the telephone and has kept in touch as the delivery has been delayed etc .

Delivery was great with two delivery men to bring inside waited till delivery was checked for damage, parcel itself was very well packed and goods were excellant

Ordered the furniture from the Web site on a Monday, Confirmation that it was being collected sent out a day later and the furniture was safely delivered that Saturday. Furniture was exactly as described.

Lovely shelving unit, which arrived very quickly. Overall, I was delighted with the product, which is very good quality and looks fabulous in my home. Just a bit disappointed to find lots of polystyrene packaging, which is not recyclable in this country.

Ordered a TV oak corner unit and was delivered about three weeks later the quality is excellent and the people who delivered it put it where I wanted

Really pleased with the quality of the table and chairs for the price. Would definitely recommend. The only thing we would change are the floor protectors on the bottom as they tend to slide easily so we changed to felt pads on my grandsons chair

Loved the look and finish of our cd cabinet but unfortunately some of the drawers are not deep enough to take the cds properly. Very hard to get the drawers open and closed as they catch. If we had bought this item locally we would have returned it as not fit for purpose.

Ordering on line was easy, was delivered very quickly and well packaged. I am very pleased with the cabinet it was exactly what I wanted. The only issue was the colour, the description said ‘Off white’ but it was like a light green, I have painted it white myself and it’s now perfect.

Although the original product was delivered damaged the way in which Hallowood Furniture responded was first class. A replacement was delivered and the damaged product taken away within 48 hrs. Their customer service was outstanding.

The product itself met all expectations and of a high standard. Excellent value for money.
