Easy and quick delivery

Not open weekends for collection. Telephone numbers wrong/not answered. Drove 130 miles to collect item, no one at depot and the number on the sign does not answer. The item we had when it was posted to us is very nice and good quality. Getting the item was a nightmare

Furniture was delivered in perfect condition
Delivery firm kept me informed of delivery date and time frame
I received a text message 30 minutes before delivery time
Excellent customer service

Well made side/lamp tables only slight disappointment was the depth of colouring sold as light oak package showing natural oak! So a bit darker than expected.

Very poor quality at an extortionate price. Warped wooden pieces with holes that didn't line up. Never again. Shocking!

Very happy with my coffee table and side tables. They are aesthetically pleasing.The only negative thing is that the glass got scratched easily.

Originally purchased several items from the Banbury store now sadly closed. Needed a new mirror so chose to buy a matching one online.
Prefer a personal ability to see and feel the goods but less opportunity now sadly .

Had an issue with the tables but the Customer Services (Megan) was fantastic and both tables were replaced really quickly. Would have given 5* had it not been for the issues.

Furniture is well made. It was delivered very quickly and was well packaged.

I was pleased with the quality of the goods you supplied as they fitted my purpose. The delivery arrangements were also good although I was puzzled as to why a dining table and 2 chair set was delivered as two separate consignments on different days!

Didn’t get the impression that the wharehouse staff knew we had stock to pick up. Our order was accepted and payment taken but the stock was not there to pick-up. One of the tables had signs of woodworm and so we are now waiting for new stock to be delivered to the wharehouse, we hope the stock control system has improved re the next time we visit. 👍to Megan she’s been good on the telephone and has kept in touch as the delivery has been delayed etc .

Delivery was great with two delivery men to bring inside waited till delivery was checked for damage, parcel itself was very well packed and goods were excellant

Ordered the furniture from the Web site on a Monday, Confirmation that it was being collected sent out a day later and the furniture was safely delivered that Saturday. Furniture was exactly as described.
