Great service, very impressed

I was extremely impressed with the customer service provided by Halls. The item that I ordered was not in stock and I was contacted straight away to inform me of this and offer a refund if necessary. The refund was done immediately outside of business hours. Unable to find the product elsewhere, I placed the order again shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, the item in the end turned out to be discontinued and the supplier had failed to inform Halls. Again, I received an extremely fast and personal response from Halls and apologies for their inability to supply the product, although this was through no fault of their own. They were also very willing for provide advice on alternative products and generously offered to send me a free item in compensation for my inconvenience. I would therefore highly recommend this company.

Be cautious when purchasing!
I bought a product from this store but never received my order or a refund (2024.05.17). When I contacted the seller, they repeatedly provided false information and showed a complete lack of integrity. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before buying from them to avoid similar issues.

Lying !!
1. When I placed the order, the order detail clearly stated that the price included international shipping.
2. If the price did not include international shipping, the seller should have provided a quotation instead of ignoring the customer’s inquiries.
3. My order has been pending for an entire year without any action, especially under the responsibility of John, whom I believe is not competent for his role.

1. Your website explicitly states that international shipping is available. I selected a non-UK address for delivery, and my order confirmation showed free shipping, which indicates that you accepted this order.
2. If international shipping is unavailable, customers should not be allowed to select non-UK addresses. Clearly, this is your own oversight and should not be the customer's responsibility.
3. As mentioned previously, if international shipping costs were not included, you should have contacted me instead of ignoring the customer. This is an operational error on your end.
4. The order confirmation clearly shows free shipping and includes my delivery address.
5. The bank account details were provided to John on both July 11, 2024, and May 28, 2025. It is evident that you are once again being dishonest. As stated before, John is unfit for this role.
6. I doubt this situation will change my opinion of your company. Continuous dishonesty, refusal to acknowledge mistakes, and refusal to issue refunds are not characteristics of a reputable business.

The response time for any queries I raised regarding delivery and tracking were brilliant. I was kept informed throughout the process and the equipment arrived in good condition and after a delivery delay which was quickly sorted by the Halls international contact my order was with me when I needed it. Good product range and knowledgeable team.

Third time using halls intl do not usually leave reviews, however I was quoted a 6 weeks lead time on a mirror griddle and it arrived within 3 weeks. Highly impressed with these guys as they keep me updated with tracking information and the customer service is always fantastic. I would certainly recommend them.

Don't pay them in advance!
In March 2020 I ordered an Undersink Water Cooler from Halls Intl. and fully payed in advance. For half a year I heard a lot of excuses and lies from them. They never shipped it and never provided a tracking number. I finally cancelled and asked for a refund which they acknowledged but failed to do so. After the Brexit they fully stopped to answer, so I took further legal steps at Small Claims Court and received a court order against them in October 2022. They still didn't want to pay! In April 2024, I decided to contact the Bailiffs to help me. Within a few weeks I finally got all my money back including court fees etc.

brilliant, prompt and fantastic customer service. we rang them in the morning and they sorted out our problem with our machine within an hour of sending photos of the issue. great advice and help as we were able to fix our problem saving us money in call out fees. highly recommend.

We have been using Halls for 10 years now. John has been amazing on all fronts from advice on the right machine for the right purpose to getting the kit to us at a moments notice. If they could get our kit here yesterday they would. Great service no question...Five Star rating from us.
