I had a problem with the delivery mostly royal mails fault but handlestole tracker wasn't working so I didn't know where my parcel was emailed 4 times no response. Great gear when u get it don't listen to 48 hr tracked and good look getting a response from this outfit quick enough to take your money though.Terrible at updating you

The springs on my upvc door had gone other companies was telling me I need new doors handles which would cost me £150 but I knew there was nothing wrong with the handles so I got 2 new springs and replaced the old ones and my door handles work perfectly thank you Handlestore…😊

I ordered a door handle, needed it very quickly, spent more than double the price on postage, and this door handle definitely does not fit Swedish doors. However, the website was in Swedish. When I will sent the door handle back, I was told that I had to send it to England at my own expense, which was more than the handle had cost. I was told that I could have checked the dimensions and that it is an English company, so it's my own fault. Sorry, but I couldn't see either of those things.

I was a bit nervous to order off this website for the first time but it’s was quick and easy. Handles came very quick within a week. Only thing I did not receive confirmation of the order being shipped out or a tracking number but everything came ok.

I ordered some new window handles and they arrived quickly, were well packed and of good quality. Unfortunately some of the spindles were oversized but Handlestore exchanged them really quickly without any problems. Would definitely buy from them again.

Unbelievable handle store!

Will not buy from anywhere else now for my hardware needs.

After scouring the Internet for 2 months and receiving many a parcel with mismatching hardware for my kitchen, I finally landed on handlestore. Purchased antique bronze drawer pulls and MATCHING cupboard knobs. Not only is the quality amazing (heavy, beautiful colour, exact match, quality) but the service is unbeatable. Fair priced P&P and if ordered before 3pm weekday, next day delivery.
Outstanding store that doesn't rip you off. Quality pieces at literally unbeatable prices, trust me I've done the leg work.

The company who supplied our internal doors could not supply replacement latches, not unusual!!!
Anyway after searching websites found The Handlestore.
Not only could they supply the required latches they publish a page showing all the dimensions of each latch, how easy is that then to compare and order?
Ordered and received within a couple of days. Brilliant!!!

First of all they are an excellent source for a huge variety of handles in multiple sizes. However, there customer service is also excellent. They were really helpful and speedy in getting a spare part I needed.

This is the first time I used Handelstore.com. I bought 3 small rounded cupboard knobs in satin nickel for a new cabinet I bought that had dreadful knobs. Handlestore actioned my order very quickly and efficiently. The knobs are of high quality and were wrapped extremely well which protected then through their postal journey. The screws were quite long though but I had the screws from the old knobs which fitted so I used them. Thank you so much Handlestore.com.

Amazing customer service.
I have made a purchase for UPVC windows from them in mid March and only tried to install them 3 weeks later, to find out that the hinges were not "right" for my window. In fact they were right and Alison from their customer service team responded very quickly to my emails and explained where I got it wrong.
