If you are looking to buy handles, I can certainly recommend HandleStore Ltd. They have a vast range of handles to suit every situation.
I have just purchased external door handles from this Company for my 26 year old UPVC doors. As the doors are old, I wasn't sure if I would find handles to fit the locks, but these are perfect. Good quality at a reasonable price and very fast delivery.
I also had occasion to contact their Customer Support Department and the service I received was excellent.

Fantastic service from this company. Door handles for outside doors
are a tricky purchase but with good help and support your purchase is spot on, whether, it's by email phone or watching their online videos what can go wrong. Excellent, quality goods, and a download of their conditions.

I order a simple window handle from Handlestore -

So handle costs; 8.39 - and then you have delivery which is 5.99 (!)

So delivery is £6 on top of the price unless you order to a certain amount. For that you are given a 1-3 day stated delivery timescale.

I ordered Monday night and by Friday nothing.

So I emailed customer services and apparently an email had been sent to me telling me that the handle was out of stock and that it would be sent to me when back in stock at the end of the month (2 weeks away)

Now I have a paid-for email account. All other email messages pertaining to the order came through to me and I have no spam folder - so does email now get lost? I wonder if it actually ever came out in the first place.

Problems here are:

a) if the item is out of stock, the website should reflect that?
b) all other emails came through regarding my order except the one that was to tell me that I am going to have to wait two weeks plus
c) £6 delivery for an £8 handle is excessive IMHO.

I have asked for a refund and don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Ordered on Monday, free delivey as the total was over the required amount. Order arrived on Tuesday.

The website was clear, easy to navigate, and informative, so I had no problems finding and ordering the handles I required for some windows.

5 star service and 5 stars for the website as well.

My experience with this company was not good from their Customer Support which was virtually non-existent, they only seemed interested in arguing and apportioning blame away from themselves and onto me instead of trying to amicably resolve the matter, resulting in me now having to purchase two additional locks; not impressed!

Their website says 3 keys with a keyed alike set but they only sent two. Instead of rectifying they argued with me and then insisted I had to send the whole lot back, so I am left to pay to get another key cut.

Quick,reliable service. Will use again if required. Website easy to use, great service.

I spoke to Sally on the phone earlier this morning and wanted to compliment the team at Handlestore.com for a great online experience, I am going to recommend your business wholeheartedly should anyone ask me where best to get hardware. I am not the greatest at DIY but just about OK, the site advice on how to measure door furniture was first class and came in really helpful. I am in the process of renovating my front door and have no Idea where I would have gotten the perfect fitting furniture without the site advice, the girls on the phone seemed lovely when I called and the kit arrived this morning after ordering yesterday. I would recommend this company for future business due to my experience in dealing with them. They supply superior products and have an efficient delivery service.
I had to use their complaints system to report a component missing from a privacy door handle lever set,they responded immediately with a solution in a very professional manner.

I replaced all my window handles which were 25 years old.I found their technical and sales department excellent.They have a range of stock to suit most windows I would think.

An excellent service. The handles I ordered arrived promptly and were top quality. I found the handle measuring advice to be a perfect tool and made the selection and the ordering of the correct item very easy and accurate. I will definitely shop with the Handle Store again - why go anywhere else?

I had an issue with the delivery of the first order - entirely the fault of the useless delivery company - and handlestore were quick to respond and help me.

Detailed advice on the correct handles for our windows by email, reasonable price and prompt delivery. The ordering and payment instructions on the HS website were easy to follow, with plenty of written and visual advice on choice of handles and fitting. I will definitely use Handlestore again if the need arises.

I stupidly ordered the wrong number of screws (because I did not read the description properly). On advising Handlestore of the problem they allowed me to re-order the correct quantity and have waived the carriage costs - for something that was MY FAULT!

Truly excellent customer service and product range. People: helpful, cheerful and clearly dedicated. They have gone beyond and above... the call of duty. Will use again.

After sending back items I didn't need after the 28 day period I found that the customer services team did all the necessary to see if they could honour a refund based on my circumstances. Without a struggle and going round the mill they confirmed that I will be receiving a refund. I find this really good based on the fact that i did return the items until after 28 days due to bad circumstances. I also found the customer services team was fairly easy going and understanding. I await a refund and i would consider using the services of handlestore again.

Please read the negative reviews carefully before placing an order with Handlestore.com. You will notice they’re pretty much all around the returns process. From my experience, everything up to the point of receiving the goods was great, the website is easy to use, prices are fair, and the delivery was speedy. So as long as your items don't arrive damaged you should be fine!

I wasn't so lucky, and it's probably been the most painful of returns experiences I've ever had. Which involved accusing me of lying even after sending several photos of the damage before I returned the items. (one of me even holding an open handle which they later accused me of not opening! "You said you were unhappy with the quality, but did not even remove them from the packaging."

I wish I could upload the images to highlight how ridiculous the whole thing was.

Anyway, it seemed they eventually shot themselves in the foot, as they claimed the items were in perfect condition - which actually meant I was entitled to a full refund without a reason. They also returned P&P "as a good will gesture" but again they'd actually confirmed the damage in a previous email where they'd tried to blame the courier "they look like the coating has come off on the surface, which looks like damage and not a manufacturing fault" ...which it 100% wasn't as the box was in great condition and the handles were packed very tightly.

I'd recommend buying elsewhere, where you can rest assured that if something doesn't go to plan you will be treated respectfully and have the issue resolved easily.

Quality products, very fast delivery and one of the most helpful websites I've seen. The dimensioned drawings for many items are particularly useful when you need to replace like-with-like.

- I didn't even know what this is until two days ago. I attempted to open a window in the conservatory and the handle snapped off. Fearing a large repair bill as the builder has gone bust, I started a search online. 10 minutes later, I had found the exact match with a technical drawing so I could check the exact measurements of the replacement. I bought 2 to keep a spare and placed the order, choosing economy delivery. 20 hours later, the handles arrived at my house, exactly as ordered. Brilliant website, great service.
