Beware I order $43 + on items from these people and I have no items, no money and no answers to my e-mails

Scammers!!! Please don’t buy from them you won’t receive your items, they take your money and scam you. I don’t even see the website online anymore maybe they put it away for awhile.

Ordered a simple garden hose and the order was acknowledged by them within minutes. After e.mailing and trying to call weeks later NOTHING nobody responded! Thank goodness I have a great credit card company who refunded me as soon as called them. How is it possible for these people to still have such a website online when they are blatantly scamming folks?

Ordered a side container for sink on November 12. Numerous attempts to reach company including calling to wait as phone rang 100 times then disconnected.
HUGE RIP OFF ARTISTS. STAY TOTALLY AWAY. LOCATED IN FLORIDA, HMMMMMM NOT SURPRISED CLOSE TO ESCAPE USA WHEN THE SHUTDOWN OCCURS. BAD BAD BAD

Never got my product. I tired calling and they just hung up on me or put me on hold for so long. Don't purchase anything from here just to save a few dollars. Their fake.

Ordered product from them two weeks ago with no email confirmation. I emailed customer service with no response. Finally called and asked for a shipment confirmation and they sent me an invoice. Called AGAIN to find out there was a “glitch” in the website and they will refund my money.

Was kept in the dark for TWO weeks! Worse customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Would highly recommend against purchasing through them!

These people are scammers. I ordered over $100 in Christmas lights and received no email confirmation. I sent an email inquiry with no response. I've tried to call multiple times and either I can't get anyone, they hang up on me or they put me on hold for so long that I just hang up. Just pay the extra money and go to Home Depot or the like. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. I plan to visit my bank to get the charges reversed. Scammers.

Ordered bulk glue traps on Nov. 10. Still have not received the product nor will they respond to email inquiies. It has been well over 3 weeks with no response. STAY AWAY from these scam artists.

Do not buy from them. We ordered a thermos glass bottle, and it arrived shattered. The order was supposed to ship in 3-9 business days, but we received the item in 28 days. The shipment of this glass thermos was in a cheapest USPS carton, so no wonder why it arrived broken. We do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

I ordered 5 j r Watkins salve red can....received 4. I talked with Daniell who check my account and said yes it showed that only 4 was shipped out and was was stool due. She said a new,shipment was coming in so call back today for the product or a refund. Talked to Fran today who informed me that no shipment came in so she would refund me. Refund was posted within three mins. Thank you for the fast no hassle experience.

I am a gracious person, but this is the WORST SERVICE EVER. I have had the exact experience as the rest on this post. Ordered on Nov 2 and still no product, no email from them. I did send them an email inquiry, but no response. Their contact phone numbers are busy or out of service. I don’t believe the positive review, they must have posted it themselves.

This is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with online. I ordered a six-pack of light bulbs on November 2nd 2019. I paid for 3 to 9 business days shipping and handling. It has been two weeks and two days and still no product. I spoke to a representative last Wednesday that told me my product would be here by Saturday. Here it is Monday and still no product. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get a representative on the phone to see if the product has been shipped. After calling two different numbers and being on hold for 10 minutes here... 10 minutes there, just be hung up on I was totally frustrated. Finally I was able to get a representative on the phone who then told me that she sees my order in the system but does not know if it has been shipped and we'll have to contact the warehouse to see what the problem is. I then asked her how long will it be before you can get back to me to let me know if the order has been shipped yet because I'm ready to call my bank and get a refund from your company. She then tells me give her a couple of hours. If I have not heard from this representative within two hours I will be calling my bank and putting in a claim for a refund. This is absolutely crazy. I saw the same lights on Amazon for just a couple dollars more I decided to go with this company to save a few extra dollars and to support a brick-and-mortar company my chances would have been better with Amazon. I would have had my bulbs 2 weeks ago. Like I explained to the young lady... "if you guys don't have the product just let me know and refund me my money". When I place the order online it said in stock so I don't understand how they're selling product online where it clearly says that the product is in stock but then when you call them they say oh oh we didn't have it in stock and we have to send it from our warehouse. 2 weeks and two days later come on now. Something's up.

ARE THESE IN STOCK? ARE THEY GOING TO BE SHIPPED? SORRY I DO NOT HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER , MY PRINTER JAMMED.

I PAID $ 69.12 ON Nov 04/2019 ON MY MASTERCARD AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEM.

Order muck boots for the discount and paid for shipping 3-9 days. It’s now 15 days later no boots. Emails to customer support and never received response. Numerous calls with no answer or a busy signal. Finally got someone on the phone 11 days later on a Monday at 8am who said the “truck” was delayed I believe your item is on the truck that just arrived (meaning they sold something they don’t even have in stock). Woman said they ship on Tuesday and Friday and send an email when an item ships. Another week passed still no email and still no delivery. Just called credit card to dispute charge

Hardware online has some of the most beautiful hardware and at low prices. We had a little delay in receiving our product but when I called, not only did she check on the order after hours, she was gracious to send it out second day air to get it here faster at no extra charge. Hard working small business being successful with the help of online shopping. I'd buy from them again and recommend them.

I agree with everyone else. These folks are terrible. I'm not even sure they exist. I'm 21 days in with no delivery yet, and no response at "Customer Service".

If I could give less stars, I would! I can't believe I fell for this! Not a real site, tried to email - no response. Called, someone answered with just a "hello", then put me on hold...never came back!

Ordered items 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Numerous emails and phone calls without a response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I am taking steps to have the charges reversed by my bank.

I attempted to call and email multiple times and was not successful to get an answer or reply. I ordered 2 fans for heaters, they took my payment and never send what I paid for. Don’t be fooled by this SCAM! BBB rating is an “F” as well.

Yeesh! Ordered Muck Boots from this place to support small business, and they never arrived. Called to inquire and a distracted lady answered and with banging and crashing noises on the other end gave some excuse and promised they'd be there the following Thursday. Following Thursday arrived with no boots. Called many times, sent an email message, all to no avail. Now having my bank reverse the charges and have gotten the boots elsewhere. This place is completely dysfunctional. Avoid like the plague.
