Wont answer calls, or emails and haven't received the items ordered and paid for. Disputing Charge with my Credit card Company and reporting to Post Master General for MAIL FRAUD... by the way Mail Fraud is a Felony because of the Interstate Commerce regardless of the amount of money involved. Fraudulent and Deceptive is the best way to describe this company

My order was placed eleven days ago and I have not heard from them at all. I’ve sent two e-mails with no answer. Have been calling for 5days and no one answers. Hope they haven’t closed. I’ll be out about $100.

Do not order from this company. They take your credit card and that’s all folks. They won’t answer the phone and you won’t get your merchandise. Had to file a dispute with my credit card and order the same product elsewhere

Am currently in the process of reversing the charge to my credit card as I have not received the product, nor gotten a response via email. The phone just rings. I paid more for the shipping than the actual product for 3-9 day shipping and sm two weeks from order date and counting. A scam to me.

Placed on order on 10.21.19, no confirmation email, no response to multiple emails and no one answers the phone.

I am contacting my bank and placing a fraud alert!

HORRIBLE ! HARD TO BELIEVE THEY STILL HAVE A WEB SITE

I placed three separate orders on the same day. Never received any order confirmation emails, no receipts and for 9+ weeks I can’t even get anyone to answer a phone or respond to any emails.

Every single time that I call, there is no answer or someone picks the phone up and then hangs up.

This is some small hillbilly “mom and pop” Ace Hardware Store in Florida that doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t respond to emails and doesn’t have ANYTHING in stock and simply immediately charges your card and then won’t answer the phone and won’t respond to emails and never ships the merchandise and after 4-5 months you more than likely won’t receive your order.

After 2 months of dealing with “Fran” who seemed clueless and senile and doesn’t know how to answer a phone or even use a computer or even how to check email and doesn’t even know how to print a shipping label and can’t even ship a package!

This hillbilly Ace Hardware Store (HOS) is the biggest group of incompetent rednecks and it shouldn’t take 5+ months and over 200+ phone calls and 100+ emails just to receive a box or the Christmas lights that I ordered last year (for last Christmas) and received a partial shipment almost a year later!

It took almost a full year to receive part of my order and took another 5 months just to get these incompetent employees to cancel and refund the remainder of my missing order that has been on “back order” for over a year now!

This “HOS” has the absolute worst website, and worst customer service and they don’t even email you a receipt or an order confirmation or an order number, so even if you call nobody can help you and they ask for an order number (which their website does not work and does not give).

Everyone that works at HOS is completely incompetent and completely clueless!

This is NOT the place to order from or shop! Order from Amazon or a local Ace Hardware, but stay away from HOS, they are incompetent hillbillies and even the owner seems completely clueless and doesn’t even care that his website doesn’t work and his employees don’t even fulfill or ship any orders!

This HOS is a scam, the only thing they do is charge your credit card, take your money, and not answer the phone and don’t respond to emails and it’s impossible to get any help or customer service or support.

I would give this company ZERO STARS and an “F- rating” for the Better Business Bureau! Worst company ever!

Don't bother with this place! Waiting for item that should have already been here. Trying to call and someone picks up and hangs up or they don't answer at all. E-mailed them yesterday and today and nothing. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them.

With the way they treat their customers they don'e even deserve one star!

ordered 2 siding gauges. Have not heard from them or seen tools. It's been three weeks. Buyer beware

I will not shop online through them again. Takes far to long, and one must contact them before a shipping label is even "created" but then, they take their own sweet time actually tendering it to the Post Office.

I want to give a great review to this group because they made the effort to correct a mistake and I appreciate it so much. Fran was VERY helpful and made every effort to help me with my order. She was willing to be patient with me and so I was in turn, patient with her. She did a wonderful job and I appreciated her efforts very much. It just shows, when you pay kindness forward, it usually comes back in return. She found my order, corrected the problem and followed up to let me know my package was on its way. Ask for Fran - and if she says she's busy, she really is. Be kind, be patient and I promise, she will take great care of you!

Confirmed order, took money, but never sent product! E-mailed-no responses. Called, boss will call back, never did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

Ordered a KeySmart and got just the box.
Luckily Navy Fed has my back on this.

They are a scam. Took my money and never delivered what I had ordered.

Made an order with this scam of a company without looking into reviews about them. They were happy to charge me and not give me what I had ordered.

So far Chase has my back on disputing the charge.

Horrible! Waited over a week before calling to check on my order. I was told Several different stories as to why it hadn’t shipped and then miraculously I received a tracking number while I was on the phone, and was assured it would go out that very day. I waited another day and the item never was received at usps, so I called to get my money back, and the rep kept telling me it had shipped and her tracking information was different than what it showed me! Liars! Buyer save yourself the trouble and spend a few extra bucks elsewhere!

Need to change 6 to 9 business days to more like 14 to 21 days. This obviously seems like a mom and pop business, given that the phone is being shared by another business within the same business. I ordered some pieces, and of course charged right away. However, I never got any tracking number. I waited a week then called back. They said the "President of the company" would call me back, and no one did. Called back, same story. Waited another week (the 10th business day), and the lady told me they (who are in Florida) would be getting it sent from their warehouse in California! I asked if she had a tracking number, and she said no until they ship it. SHIP IT? It's been 10 business days and it's not sent. She said "didn't someone tell you it was back ordered?" I said no, because I talked to you last week, and when I ordered it online, it didn't state any of that. She said it should be shipped next week. Basically, it seems to me they probably get it from somewhere else and flip it for a profit. Hope the product is decent, but will look elsewhere next time since the execution of an order is very sketchy.

On the 30th of August I ordered a bottle of Fox Farms Tiger Bloom liquid fertilizer. Nineteen days later!!!! I received 6 rolling plant caddies, even the invoice in the box said plant fertilizer!!! All attempts to reach customer service to get my money back either by phone or email have failed. There is no messaging service associated with the phone number listed under "contact us" the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it. Will never order anything from them again.

I ordered a clock last week and they immediately took the money out of credit card but I have not received a confirmation email or anything. I tried calling them, no answer. I will never use this company again but they just had a cute cheap clock. I work for a government office in constituent services and I know good service, and this is the worst. Actually no stars is more appropriate. I will be contacting credit card company in few days if I do not hear back from them.

Ordered lawnmower bag Aug 29th and paid for it same day didn’t ship until September 10th it’s sunday 15th still no bag what a bunch of bs guess not going thru Amazon was very stupid mistake won't do that again and will never ever use this website again they suck
