I was placed in an unfortunate situation where the business had suffered a fire in 2018. I was also going through a tough period in life where my Father was very ill and the business and the property were deemed a total loss.

We were approached on the morning of the fire by Harris Balcombe introducing themselves and advised us that they could help us through the process dealing with insurers ensuring we don't suffer any losses from the fire.

I was introduced to Jeremy Balcombe and I am glad that our paths crossed. Jeremy is very knowledgeable individual in this industry and his connections are unrivalled. Whilst it was a very distressing time, Jeremy was on hand to deal with the Insurers and the appointed Loss Adjustors. This saved me a lot of time and a lot of stress in a time where I had to concentrate on getting on with business as best as we could.
