Flat panel LED lights were just what we were looking for. Some problems with two of the lights were promptly corrected with replacements. Telephone customer services are receptive, down to earth and fair in dealing with problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else or use this firm again.

Disappointed that I still have not received any of the items ordered and paid for.
Our illuminated water feature was planned to be finished before my birthday on 13 December.
It looks like it will not be finished for Christmas!
I have received misinformation from different staff giving dates for delivery.
It was advertised as next day delivery

Good quality lights. Looks fabulous after fitting. Quite reasonable and have already recommended this to a few friends who have placed orders.

I ordered some strip lights for outside my house. Delivery was excellent, they arrived within a couple of days and well packaged. The electrician found them easy to put up, fixing them under the gutters of my bungalow. The lights are bright enough to light up the garden but not too powerful so that they cause any issues with neighbours. Hopefully they will last for many years. I use an Alexa enabled plug for the ease of turning them on and off. Very pleased with them.

Highly recommend this company great quality ready made led strip lights are great quality. Also super quick delivery.

Delivery was prompt and when I needed to return goods as I discovered the voltage to my decking was not 220, but 24v they processed the return quickly and efficiently

Bought two RGB strip lights for the ceiling features in my new kitchen/dining room. I managed to damage one and sent it back for repair but on return it had an intermittent then permanent fault so I ordered a replacement which was on back order due to lack of stock. When I received and fitted the replacement the red led would not work rendering many of the colours inoperative. As the LED is wired into a JB in the ceiling I've left it in place for now.
The delivery and turn around offered by this company is excellent and would otherwise warrant a 5 star review, however the product that I bought is clearly not robust to not withstand transport and fitting.
