Products have been very unreliable. Quality is low compared to competitors products in simular price range.

Nov 2021 After 3 weeks of being told my order will be in stock next week. I was eventually told it could be some time next year . I got my refund. But I cant light the drive way with that

The Company Sales Staff are very supportive and responsive to issues

I received the wrong order initially and was very disappointed. After losing trust in the company I spoke to Jeremy who was absolutely fantastic, he ran through my proposed lighting plan with me and subsequently assisted me with the order. In addition, he took the time to run through the wiring when we came to fit the switches. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable. It was a pleasure to speak to him. Thank you Jeremy.

This is a tough one as I ordered just 3 light switches from Hartington that took 8 weeks to get right after they’re supply of 15 different switches, a multitude of long winded phone calls and numerous incorrect products that took me lots of time to wire and program. Furthermore, no products are labeled and you receive zero instructions with them for what are quite technical items. Whilst the products eventually are great, and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating to help, the ability to supply a basic purchase experience is terrible. The two stars is because of the staff being so accommodating. If you’re willing to go through the pain, you may get to a great product… maybe!

Sent us a faulty led strip.

Then had the cheek to refund us a metre less than we bought because we had to trim the ‘faulty’ strip down. Customer service also very awkward. Will use other options for future use
