Alan and Antony just finished at our place installing a medium sized conservatory on an existing base. It has taken them 6 days to get the main structure up and I would say about one days work is left to fit the window boards and skirting. These two gentlemen are an amazing team- fueled by orange juice they have worked flat out. The site has been left immaculate and nothing has been too much bother for them. They were polite, courteous, cheerful and honest. I could not have expected any more from my installers. Now waiting for the final finishes and we forward to moving in and enjoying the space.

We had a 3.5mtr X 4mtr extension the whole experience from start to finish was flawless, attention to detail and attitude from the builders was exceptional.Would recommend this company and finished product we're very happy with the end result.

I had a roller electric garage door and a set of French Windows installed by Haus and Alan and Any did a fantastic job. The French Windows required them to cut out brickwork. Highly recommended. Professional and engaging, they didn't dawdle and cleared up after. I have used Haus before this, and will use them again in the future.

We did experience a couple of issues with the installation of replacement porch windows and a new door. However, Haus were efficient at resolving the issues (though took a little longer as we wanted the original team back who did the first part of the installation). Ours was not an easy bolt on as its an older building and the old windows took a bit of getting out. Overall, very pleased with the service, friendliness and professionalism of staff (it was so hot to work in!). Quality is also of a high standard.

We have just had new bifold doors fitted by Tyree and Bobby. They were quick efficient very tidy and clean. We are very very pleased with the results. Would absolutely use them again.

From first contact with Haus to completion of installation (of garage door) the whole process has been expertly managed. Installation carried out by great team and in no time at all (well, two hours actually).
Have no hesitation in recommending the Worcester team.

Haus replaced 6 windows at our church. The price, quality and service was 1st class. Would also want to mention the attitude and workmanship of the guys who did the installation. Would certanly recommend Haus

I would not recommend this company. They have so many flaws in their processes. Sales consultant was fantastic, after that it all went wrong.
No email confirmation of my order. I had to change this twice on the phone. First email comms received request for payments of invoice.
No email confirming the fitting of the windows and door. It was agreed the windows would be done first but I needed to arrange a builder to complete some work first. Again I had to call to chase for the dates of fitting.
Lots of snagging issues with the windows and still on going today. I am feeling a bit miss sold on quality. I have received a compensation voucher of £75 for the catalogue of errors and snagging issues.
Door lock has already broken and being replaced after only 2 months.
The accounts department made an error with my invoice more so forgetting to add VAT to my invoice. They are now chasing me to pay this. Their attitude to their error has shocked me, they believe I should have the money to pay this in full today. Needless to say I have told they I will pay a monthly amount that I can afford.
Disappointed customer. Haus I suggest you look at your internal systems and get the basics right asap. Windows and Doors are big ticket items and an investment as a customer we want to make sure it’s smooth and the right choice.

Tyree and Bobby that installed the door were polite, helpful and very respectful of our property. They have completed a superb job. The quality of the door is outstanding and puts our large company fitted patio door and windows to shame. Everthing was left clean and tidy and the locking mechanism explained. I can't fault anything.

Although i was told that the men would be with me between 8 and 9 , they arrived at 9-30 am.
They did work hard under extreme temperatures and i am pleased with the work they did . Will be using this company again later in the year .

Lewis did a great job replacing our back door. He arrive at specified time, was polite and did a superb job.

Haus installations have been incredible from start to finish with us at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.

We were left in the lurch by another contractor and they were out the very next day to measure up and book everything in.

The turn around has been amazing and no question or issue has ever been to small or large for them to tackle.

The new doors that we have had look incredible and very sleek. They have fixed a lot of other big issues around our venue with ease and with care.

Haus have carried out excellent communication throughout and we will definitely be inviting them back to work with us again.

Mitch listened to what we wanted and advised on best options to achieve our goal. Haus offered the complete service, not only fitting new windows & door but also building and plastering a new brick pier. Tim and AJ were polite and respectful of our property, and listened to requests e.g. making sure our dog didn't escape during the work! Haus went the extra mile to match new bricks to the existing ones.

Just had a new garage door as well as a new back door and window installed by Haus.
I have to say the whole process from sales, survey and installation service was superb.
Emma in the office kept me up to date with my order all through the time my windows were being built.
My windows were installed by Tyree who was brilliant.
My garage door was expertly fitted BY Lewis and Terry who were just as impressive.
They explained the install and carried out the work professionally and friendly leaving the job spotless.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Haus in future. Top quality and professional

Having had previous dealing with Haus Installations, when I had an emergency at one of our rental properties, I knew who to call.
Tom Whitby sorted me out quickly, the quote was there in an instant and the work was completed quickly and professionally with follow up all the way through.

Dan and Jayden did my window installation today. Can’t fault their job. They fitted 4 windows. They left the outside and inside areas super clean and free from any debris. They were polite and friendly.

I wanted to say how pleased we are with Haus Installations for completing our roofline fascia, soffits & guttering this week.
