Would unfortunately NOT recommend this company. The installation was supposed to take half a day and took a whole day and five additional visits which according to Tom at Haus, should be expected as the period for installation quoted is only a guide. Apparently they lost money due to all the visits and somehow that would seem to be my fault. I was offered a £50 gift voucher as a gesture of goodwill, which I thought was a little insulting, apparently they couldn’t give me cash back. I paid the bill and all of a sudden the gesture has been removed.
Tom did make several attempts to visit and speak to us but to be honest by that point I was a little fed up of speaking to them, I just wanted some money off for our inconvenience but it would seem the company like to try and say that they care but their actions don’t back that up.

It would seem that Haus Installations idea of taking all feedback seriously is to report my review and try to get it removed

Lewis & Louie arrived as planned,all work was carried out in a very professional manner,all cleaned up as if they had never been here.

We're extremely pleased with the installation of our new french doors. The service was professional from the first visit right through to completion. Bobby and Tyree did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy.

Had a complete set of windows replaced by Tim, AJ, Bobby and Tyree. Very happy with fit and service, the guys never stopped and all completed in less than a day! Extremely professional from quote to installation. There was a slight problem but within half an hour it was resolved. Second time of using this company and can’t credit them enough with the manner in which every person c I b ducts themselves, friendly and professional. It’s the second time I’ve had installation and am now waiting for a date for my door/side window!

My daughter had an issue wih her French doors and Nigel worked hard to find somehow to come and assist her as it was late in the day.
Lewis came quickly and soon solved the issue.He was so polite and helpful showing me how to fix the problem should it reoccur.I was so impressed with this service and how quickly the issue was resolved.Well done everyone at Haus for being so approachable and caring with your after service.

Flawless experience from beginning to end. We chose Haus Installations not only because their quote was competitive, but also because the service was outstanding throughout. Emily was lovely when she called to arrange the appointment, Mitch was friendly and thorough while showing us the samples, and Adam carried out the survey professionally. Bobby and Tyree who completed the installation were amazing, The whole team were approachable and great to deal with.
We had a new front door and arch surround fitted, which wasn’t the most straightforward job, but everything went smoothly. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again — truly 5-star service. Thank you!

Really professional no mess and very efficient

Four windows installed today by Dan and Jaydon for Haus. All done quickly and professionally with the minimum of mess to a very high standard. We would recommend these two guys anytime and will have no hesitation in getting them to do further work.

Another excellent installation by Haus. Dan and Jaydon are a real credit to Haus, working solidly all day to install our sliding doors. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Dealing with Haus is a real pleasure from start to finish.

We are really happy with our new windows and also looking forward to the installation of our new front door soon. Molly came out to see us and she was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products available to us.
Lewis and Louie were our installation team and they were really friendly, polite and professional. They were with us for two days and cleaned up everywhere after they'd finished. Overall we're extremely happy with everything. We will highly recommend to everyone 🙂
