Si pudiera dar cero estrellas, lo haría. Realicé un pedido aprovechando una promoción que ofrecía una Tote Bag de regalo para compras superiores a 49 €, pero no he recibido dicho obsequio. Además, los plazos de entrega no se respetan en absoluto. El chat de atención al cliente es un bot creado con IA redundante que no resuelve nada y ni siquiera es capaz de localizar el pedido. Por si fuera poco, el teléfono de atención al cliente está desactivado, por lo que resulta imposible comunicarse con una persona para obtener ayuda o información. Sinceramente, prefiero comprar unas chanclas en el bazar de enfrente de mi casa antes que darle un solo euro más a esta empresa.

commande FR06042026-009641550 passée le 4 juin toujours pas expédiée le 16 juin. J'ai envoyé 4 mails restés sans réponse et le téléphone ne répond pas.

Pedí unas chanclas plataforma y no han respetado el plazo de entrega que consta en el correo de confirmación de pedido. Lo he cancelado, cierto es que no me lo han cobrado en ningún momento (menos mal). De no atender mi petición les denunciaré como comercio online fraudulento. Me sorprende que una empresa con marca, funcione así de mal.

Ik heb maat 40 besteld, maar bewust of door nalatigheid maat 38 ontvangen. Inmiddels blijkt de door mij bestelde maat “ineens” niet meer op voorraad te zijn. Door deze fout zit ik nu zonder het artikel dat ik heb besteld. Ik vind het niet redelijk dat ik zelf tijd en moeite moet steken in het retourneren van een product dat verkeerd is geleverd. Deze fout ligt volledig bij de verkoper en ik verwacht dan ook dat zij met een passende oplossing komen. Erg teleurstellende ervaring.

Compre unas Havaianas el día 3 de Junio, en las que me dice que el plazo de entrega es de 2-3 días laborables. Hoy día 12 de Junio, no se nada de mi pedido, ni un mail de seguimiento, ni una contestación a un formulario de contacto enviado. Me he puesto en contacto por whatsapp, nada, por teléfono: te dicen que no está operativo, que te pongas en contacto por el formulario... y vuelta a empezar. Me veo sin el dinero y sin el producto. Que mal, compre en la pagina porque me daba confianza tanto el producto como la marca en si, pero veo que no. Que decepción, nunca me habia pasado.

£6 postage for a £24 product. Another £6 to return them because they were too big. 50% of the product on postage. Won't ever be buying haviana's again. Pooor!!!!!

Non-existent customer service. Returned item, no acknowledgement, several messages sent, no reply. Really poor experience. Sort it out please!

Es wurden die von mir korrekt bestellten Flipflops in der falschen Größe geschickt. Ich bat um ein frankiertes Retourenlabel und Erstattung der Versandkosten, weil ich in dem Fall natürlich weder die Versand- noch die Rücksendekosten übernehmen wollte. Es war ja nicht mein Fehler. Der Kundenservice war überheblich und imkompetent. Die Dame behauptete, ich hätte die falsche Größe bestellt, ich müsse immer eine Nr. kleiner bestellen, das stünde auch so auf der Website, sie arbeiten mit brasilianischen Größen. Das war leider völlig daneben - ich trage seit Jahren Havaianas und kenne meine Größe genau. Es wurde sodann ein kompliziertes Verfahren mit Rücksendung und neuer Bestellung vorgeschlagen, was total intransparent war. Ich habe die Ware nun zurückgeschickt und den Kaufbetrag erhalten, aber bin auf 5,50 Euro Versandkosten sitzengeblieben. Fazit: Nie wieder in diesem Shop bestellen!

Son un desastre. Hice un pedido y lo mandaron sólo con el distrito y el municipio, sin dirección. Les escribí tres veces a att. al cliente para corregirlo y 0 respuestas. Al final me han localizado los de la oficina de correos por mi teléfono y tengo que ir a por ello yo misma. NO COMPRÉIS A ESTA EMPRESA, NO SON DE FIAR Y OS PERDERÁN EL PEDIDO.NO ATIENDEN EL CORREO DE ATT.AL CLIENTE.

Katastrophe. Habe für 30 eur bestellt, wollen dann die Retourekosten von 5 euro..wieviel sind denn die Sandalen für die Wert vielleicht Ankaufpreis 10 eur oder sogar viel weniger, somit lassen sie sowieso die flipflops den Kunden zahlen. Werde nie wieder bestellen. Unverschämtheit!

Very disappointing experience with Havaianas customer service.

I purchased a pair of Havaianas at their Gatwick Airport kiosk in August 2025. Six months later, the strap anchor tore through the sole despite the flip flops being used normally and the soles still being thick and in very good condition.

I provided multiple photos, proof of purchase, and explained that this was clearly a durability issue rather than normal wear and tear. Despite this, the claim was dismissed without any meaningful explanation and without any physical inspection of the item.

What is most disappointing is the apparent disregard shown towards the customer throughout the handling of the complaint:

- Repeated refusal to escalate the case to a supervisor,
- Another support case being ignored or closed without reply,
- Responses repeatedly stating “this is all we can offer” without properly addressing the evidence provided.

The only solution offered was a small voucher INCLUDING shipping costs, which does not even cover the cost of a like-for-like replacement and still requires additional spending.

I have owned Havaianas before and previous pairs lasted years, which makes this experience even more frustrating.

Havaianas is an iconic brand and normally the kind of brand you remain loyal to for years. I have owned Havaianas before and previous pairs lasted much longer, which makes this experience even more disappointing. It is a real shame that, due to such poor customer service and complaint handling, that will no longer be the case.

A well-known brand should stand behind the durability of its products and provide a far more professional level of customer care than this.

Tienen un Servicio de atencion al cliente NEfasto. Compre unas chanclas y al momento me di cuenta que me había equivocado de número. No pude anular el pedido, estuve mandando mails y llamando al teléfono de atención y nadie me atendió. Tienen un contestador que dice que se pondrán en contacto y jamas lo hacen. Podrían haber anulado el pedido con una Atención adecuada, pero no la tienen.

Just read the reviews and do not order from them. They do not want to help when you have a issue. Its not easy to complain. I uploaded photos which was a struggle but something you have to do with a complaint. Eventually I managed to do it in another way but not everyone will figure this out and they will give you no help. My sandals were in poor condition so I was told I could get a refund minus the delivery which I told them I do not agree as they were faulty. They said to send and they will see and all they did is refund me minus delivery and never even contacted to tell me they was not refunding the delivery. Now I cannot be bothered to argue the delivery because the getting in contact is so bad and time consuming which is probably why they do it, knowing customers wont bother but one day they will realise if we all keep writing reviews of our experience, they wont being doing well into the future. Please please please do not order from them
