What a shambles company. Trying to return an item is impossible. 3 emails stating they will send postage labels, never received any . No one ever answers the phone . Looks like I'm stuck with them . Probably a scam company. BEWARE

Postal packaging not acceptable. Received sandals in brown bag no inner packaging. Overcharged me for a return. Will not use their website again

So wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, mules turned up ridiculously too small (even tho I'd sized up) and quality is rubbish.

To top it all I've now got to spend another £4.90 to return them (and by the sounds of it from other reviews be lucky to even get my money back)

Ich habe zwei Paar bestellt in eine Größe. Ein paar passt super. Das andere Paar ist ca. 1cm kleiner und past somit gar nicht. Der Kundenservice sagt, dass es normal ist, das gleich Größen so abweichen können. Sehr schlechter Service und Qualität. War bis jetzt ein sehr großer Fan von ihren Schuhen. Werde mich allerdings von der mangelhaften Qualität der Produkte und des Kundenservices abwenden und auch nicht weiter empfehlen.
Tut euch das nicht an.

Poor customer service with slow response times and reluctance to address faulty products. Returns are expensive, even for defective items. Surprisingly, my £1.00 Primark flip flops offer better quality. I'm disappointed because this brand used to be quality, and I didn't mind paying premium prices for their products. I advise avoiding them as they're not worth the money or hassle anymore.

Awful. Wish I'd read these before ordering. Sliders too small so attempted return. Website just has you going round in circles. Eventually emailed and they did send me a return label saying the sizing was continental and I should have ordered up! Returned and advised refund within 14 WORKING days. Came and went no refund had to email again. Refund then processed but minis £5 return fee. Never again

Buyer BEWARE.
I paid an extra $25 on top of my $210 order to receive my shipment before my vacation. I never received a shipment confirmation nor a tracking number to monitor the arrival time. When I called customer service to find out, they said the order would arrive 8 days after I ordered. So now I won't have my order in time and I also won't be home when it arrives, which outs my shipment at risk of being stolen from my porch. Havaiana's also will not refund me the expedited shipping cost which is totally rude and inconsiderate. They just lost a customer.
BEWARE- When selecting expedited shipping method on checkout page you will not receive your shipment in 2-4 business days. They will add 4 days of processing time to your order, then proceed to ship the item(s) which can take another 4 days. So expect your package to arrive 8 days later at the earliest. Your total shipping time will not be displayed on your order confirmation email. Nor will you get a tracking number sent to you after your purchase. You will be left in the dark regarding total length of time for your sandals to arrive.

Reading the reviews makes me think it's not legit
I've been trying to get something for days and I've been offered all kinds of discount codes by Havaianas and they never work. It says today it's free shipping but it continues to charge me and no one can help

Bought several pairs of flip flops worth £108.45 on Monday. I still qualified to use the NIGHTVIP20 discount code until 9 that morning.

Checked the order out but it took the money before allowing me the opportunity to apply the discount code.

Emailed a reply to my order asking to cancel - it just bounced back!

Went to the UK site and sent a further email. Totally ignored.

Recevied an email this afternoon to say the item had been delivered Utter nonsense - no package or even a card to say it is with a neighbour etc.

Why would it be? I've been in all day.

Turns out they have delivered it to my local post office?!?!

That could be any one of 3 post offices and I have no paperwork to show the package is mine, not that I want it.

Have opened a dispute with PayPal.

These people are utter morons! I've been buying their stuff for as long as I can remember, but this is absolutely the last time.

Tongs trop grande et il faut payer 7e de frais de.retour... Du jamais vu !

Le 13/03/24 j’ai commandé une paire de tong modèle Havaianas Slim Organic en 37-38 et j’ai reçu du 39-40. La personne au téléphone très agréable par contre elle m’explique que la marque ne pratique pas la taille 37-38 et que si je commande cette taille je recevrais forcément du 39-40. Si j’avais voulu recevoir du 37-38 il aurait fallut que je commande du 35-36. Ce qui n’est précisé nulle part sur le site bien sûr, puis il faut dire que c’est tellement logique !!! 🤪😡
Du coup depuis le 19 Mars où cette dame m’a demandé d’envoyer la photo des tongs commandées et de mes anciennes tongs qui est exactement le même modèle mais en 37-38 j’attends le fameux bordereau de retour dont elle m’a parléet que selon elle j’aurai dû le recevoir de suite… je commande sur ce site depuis des années j’ai jamais eu aucun problème jusqu’à ce jour. J’ai toujours reçu la taille commandé il n’y a jamais eu d’histoire de taille plus grande. Soit disant toujours selon elle « la marque veut uniformiser ».

Enfin moi le constat que j’en fait c’est qu’à ce jour havaianas ne me réponds plus… bizarre non ?

Je pense que je ne commanderais plus sur ce site. Tant pi les produits sont peut-être bien mais le SAV est vraiment nul on ne peut pas leur faire confiance.

Site défectueux impossible de payer et quand cela fonctionne commande passée en double !!! Au final je contacte le service client qui me répond qu il n y a pas eu de paiement !
Le propre d un site marchand est d offrir une expérience client satisfaisante .
Bye bye havaianas , je me passerai de vos produits.
