livraison hors delai de 2 semaines et refus de remboursement

Excellente expérience dans ce magasin. Les vendeuses sont souriantes et accueillantes. L'atmosphère est conviale et chaleureuses. Nous étions venus pour acheter une paire de sandales pour notre fille, après échange avec les vendeuses, nous avons acheté pour toute la famille.

Il sito, i prodotti e il servizio clienti non sono male (motivi per il quale di 2 stelle) ma devono cambiare corriere (BRT) perché, pur stando a casa, dice di essere passato e non aver trovato nessuno e lascia il pacco al fermopoint più comodo a lui. Non comprerò fino a che non cambiano corriere

Commande passée le 1er mai avec une date de livraison prévue le 6/7 mai. Nous sommes le 27 mai et n'avons aucune nouvelle comme tant d'autres clients.

The customer service in UK Havaianas e-commerce store is terrible. I have sent email inquiry 8 days ago, and the while time I'm being ignored. I provided all of the info and pictures of faulty product and customer service team still claims that there is some special manufacturer number on the straps, but it's not. I took a photos of the flip flops from every angle and there is nothing more I can provide. I believe they just playing with me so don't have to give me my money back or send replacement. My first Havainas flip flops ever and such terrible experience. I was better buying shoes from cheap brands.

Leider irreführende Größenangaben für Füße; S/M. Im Anschluss stellt sich raus, das dies im EU 40-44 (S) und 42-46 (M) zu übersetzen ist was nicht beim Produkt aufgeführt war… Folge war komplizierte Reklamation (bitte Innenseite Socken fotografieren???) und teurer Rückversand … nie wieder

Ho fatto un acquisto qualche mese fa e pur avendo pagato anticipatamente, non ho ricevuto nessun pacco!

Ich habe ein Paar Flipflops - Modell Brasil Logo - reklamiert, da bei diesem Paar die Sohlen etwas dünner und viel härter sind, ähnlich wie bei dem billigeren Modell Top. Die Reklamation wurde nicht angenommen.
Grund: Ich trage seit ca 30 Jahren Havaianas Modell Brasil Logo im Sommer. Seit ich vir 30 jahren das erste mal in Brasilien war. Für mich ein super "Stoßdämpfer", keine Schmerzen in den Hüftgelenken, auch wenn ich damit einen ganzen Tag auf Asphalt laufe. Mit diesen harten Sohlen haben mir nach einer halben Stunde schon die Füße weh getan.
So liegen jetzt 30 € ungenutzt herum. Ich lösche mein Kundenkonto und bestelle leider wieder bei Amazon.

Acquistato tshirt e infradito, maglietta ricevuta con certellino staccato e con una macchia di unto sul petto. Mai successo una cosa del genere con centinaia di acquisti online. Faccio presente al servizio cli con foto allegata. In tutta risposta mi chiedono altre foto etc. Io al posto loro mi vergognerei parecchio, un azienda seria si sarebbe scusata e rinviato immediatamente un altra maglia. Wrong sizing and terrible customer service.
They send me the wrong size: I live in Europe, order a 37, they send me a Brazilian 37 which is EUR 39. I still have to pay for a change of size.

Terrible customer service and poor sizing.

Flip flops are small fitting and do not match standard sizing. Website charges £6 for delivery and then another £5 for you to return them yourself. Website returns are very difficult - instructions tell you to click a button that doesn’t exist and you end up having to use the chat functionality just to get a return label. All in, paid £11 to buy and return flip flops worth £20…

Paid for order, havaianas said order was not paid for, provided proof, got an apology, new order created, been waiting nearly 2 weeks now, not likely I’ll ever use this website again, customer service is rubbish and take around a week to even get back to you.

I had a very disappointing experience with Havaianas and their customer service. When ordering a pair of flip-flops, the website did not clearly differentiate between UK and European sizes. As a result, I mistakenly ordered a size larger than needed, despite selecting what was stated as my correct UK size.
Upon receiving the sandals, I realised they were too big and requested a return. To my surprise, I was told I had to pay £4.90 for the return – even though the sizing issue was not my fault. When I raised this with customer service, a representative named Ciara initially assured me that if I returned the item, I would receive a £15 voucher. However, after I completed the return, she backtracked and claimed it was a typo, offering only a 15% discount instead. This felt misleading and dishonest.
Overall, my experience with Havaianas was frustrating, and I would not recommend shopping with them. Their lack of clear sizing information, return policy, and misleading customer service make them a company to avoid. They robbed me of my money.

Ne commandez jamais sur leur site, j’ai effectué une commande qui n’est jamais arrivé, le livreur ne s’est jamais présenté à mon domicile et n’a même pas pris la peine de m’appeler. La commande a été retournée à l’expéditeur et j’ai n’ai aucune information sur le remboursement. C’est tout simplement une arnaque, déplacez vous en boutique directement…

Mapping for sizing online shows EU and Brazilian Havaianas sizes as identical. The flip flops then arrive showing Brazilian 43/44 and EU 45/46.

Customer support refuse to take any ownership of the issue and simply tell me the online table is a 'recommendation'. They even provide a completely different table via email.

How is it this hard to show a mapping of footwear sizes.

Returns cost £4.90.

Comprei dia 27/12/24 paguei, não recebi, cancelei e até hoje dia 13/02/25 não recebi meu dinheiro de volta, são uns verdadeiros ladroes

Azienda da 2 soldi per prodotti e gestione rapporti con clientela.
Dopo l'ennesimo reso perché i prodotti erano indecenti ho deciso di tagliare le infradito ricevute ieri per non avere piu a che fare con questa gente.
