Professional friendly approachable easy to talk to

Easy to use. Good support.

We recently had a redesign that was well overdue. The service provided by Havealook was exceptional. from options of packages available, examples of sites for each package to the redesign process of communicating the changes we wanted and managing the process.

Any concerns we had were addressed promptly, design changes were made thoroughly through the rounds within the two week period for and we were very pleased with the final product.

Of particular commendation was Trevor, one of the Technical Support Representatives. He did an amazing job acting between us and the designer to ensure our queries were addressed and managing the change process.

My only suggestion for improvement is in relation to a more direct link with the designer as the change process suggested that a designer would be in touch. We had very little direct communication with a designer but Trevor did a great job. Maybe you need to manage expectations regarding access to a designer and make clear that a Technical Support Rep would be communicating with your clients through the redesign process (rather than a designer).

I cannot express how thrilled I am with my new website. The service from beginning to end was amazing. The designer translated my ideas into exactly what I’d imagined, and I have received my first enquiry within 24 hours. The process was so easy, I wish I’d found Havealook Websites sooner.

I have had 2 websites designed by Havealook Websites over the last few years and each time i could not have been happier with the final result. From the beginning stages of selecting what website style would suite my businesses to the design and accounts departments everything worked so smoothly. I engaged Have A look Websites to re vamp my old Website. The pricing was explained on the phone and pricing was emailed. The email was very clear as to what you get for your package. John was great with the sales. The support team where very helpful. Narelle from support was extremely helpful and helped me get my email records with the company who host my domain sorted. Connie and Rebekah from Design have been very helpful and implemented my changes. Only thing I didn’t like was that there is no demo or screen shots of the site before it goes live. I would recommend Have a look to build or re vamp your site. I find the back end very easy for updating content

So happy with our website redesign. We have been with Havealook for a few years now with no issues. It is set up so we can easily access the site to make content changes. We have recently had a complete site redesign and we are beyond happy with the result! Lauren who handled our redesign had great vision and exceeded our expectations. If we had to do this process again, it would be to detail the design options a bit more within the initiation process to avoid the “back and forth” emails. However all the staff members we have come across have been great, making this journey an overall awesome and efficient experience.

HaveALook were easy to work with. Their quotes are affordable and reasonable. It took them 2 weeks to completely design my website and when I had any changes or questions their support team quickly addressed them all. Highly recommend them to anyone considering making or updating their websites.
