We recently upgraded our importing Company GAF Control Sales to havealook website. We couldn't be happier with the performance and user friendly site they have molded for us and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this site if you want your Company web site to look professional.

This crew is on the ball. Their initial communication spelt out what they needed. Simple, straightforward and easy steps to follow.
Their instructions are easy to follow. We just provided them with an overview of what we wanted and on the first attempt they got it 99% right- way beyond our expectation for the first draft.

Absolutely useless, don't even bother going near them, they don't care about you, their service is appalling along with their communication skills. we cancelled their service and have been refused our refund of $795

I had issues such as emails going down and not working for days on end, website crashing and not appearing online, we could not even make changes to our website at times such as changing content and images
due to them having server issues.

Pay a bit more to get a professional service from someone who understands your needs, not these clowns.

When you sign up price is ok but to maintain website functionality and/or make changes it becomes too expensive.

The wonderful team at Havealook are always quick to respond to any support I need and the dashboard is incredibly easy to use. I highly recommend them.

The team at Havealook are brilliant. From sales through to support, they have been so attentive to what we needed, in order to construct our company websites. They created a new site for one company, and rejuvenated an existing site for us. The customer support is helpful and prompt. I have engaged them to work for me on another site. I have been a client of Havealook for the last 5 years. They initially did one website 4 years ago and I have recently had them upgrade this website and do a new website for another company. Check out their good work concretepumping.com.au and concretesales.com.au . Nothing is ever a problem for them and I highly recommend them to not only do your website but also host email.

I could not in all honesty recommend this company to anyone looking to build a new website.

The features are limited (e.g. meta descriptions are truncated, no custom error pages, can't do schema markup), and trying to get things fixed (headings in the wrong place, fixing Open Graph tags, adding canonical URLs) takes three or four attempts before they can get it right.

They even managed to invoice for something they don't offer!

I'm giving them 2 stars because they did eventually deliver a website that mostly measured up, but I would never use them again and I would never wish that experience on anyone else.
