All of the staff made it very easy to get my recall and MOT done, the staff are very pleasant right from booking the vehicle in to collecting the vehicle. The staff are a real credit to Haynes. Thank you so much for a pleasant visit and thanks for the lady who made me a coffee whilst I was waiting. As you can see I do not give reviews but I felt that great customer service should be recognised.

Excellent Communication and Service
The booking process was simple. Using the twilight shift was very convenient. The comms from the Service team back to us was timely and informative. As a fellow motor retailer, we are aware of what good looks like, and i am impressed.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
I had a fantastic experience with Ford! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and provided honest recommendations without trying to upsell unnecessary services.
The work was completed on time, and my car is running better than ever. I really appreciated their transparency, fair pricing, and commitment to quality. It’s rare to find a car service company you can truly trust, and I’m glad I found them. Highly recommend!

My experience at Hayes
The young team who signed me in, checked my car and kept me informed of the progress of my service and MOT were very helpful and informative. Everything ran smoothly with no problems. I was most impressed with the video showing the underneath of my car and what was happening to it. I have always been happy with the service given at Haynes.
