More than helpful, very informative & made booking our cruise a pleasure.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Monica/Margaret and staff know what we need and where we want to go. Nothing is too much trouble or hassle.

From start to finish lauren has been amazing in helping me choose and book the perfect holiday for me and my kids . She couldn't have been anymore helpful. Will definitely be booking again

Looking at holidays and couldn't decide on location. When we decided on location Lauren was amazing and has been brilliant kept updated and couldn't do any more for us. Highly recommend get booking with hays Alexandria.
