The agent knew exactly what I wanted to book and she was extremely helpful. She also recommended we look at the passes for the various attractions before we go (this will save us money). She also checked if there were buses/trains/taxis for our transfer from the airport to the hotel and gave us lots of information regarding this.

Hays Travel made it very easy for me to book flights. They were helpful throughout, I didn’t feel rushed and everything was explained every step of the way. Thank you Hays Travel.
