Booking the cruise was easy. Rory listened to what we wanted, gave advice on cabin types. No pressure from him at all and we went ahead with the booking. Angela was having trouble with the system and couldn’t get our holiday booked. She tried the next day, with no luck. The following day I got a phone call from Angela, the system seemed to have been fixed and she managed to book our holiday. Definitely went above and beyond.
