Robert was very knowledgeable in what we needed for our holiday booking, he has a good sense of humour, we had a good experience, all the staff are lovely people.

I have used Ashington Hays Travel for the last 4 years. Their communication is fantastic, whether it's email, phone or Facebook messenger. They go out of their way to help. They are always polite and kind.

I returned to Hays travel Ashington branch as I am always guaranteed top class service. Sue helped me book my next holiday and I know that if I have any problems/ queries I just need to pick up the phone or email them and I get the help that I need
