Talking to a representative far better than doing it yourself
Talking to a representative she could help us with the late booking and what was available by her ringing sanders and the hotel...had we booked online we probably would not have known about the one available room in the hotel and not gone ahead with the booking....

I visited my local branch in aylsham yesterday to get a last minute travel Insurance for my daughter.Lauren was very helpful and made sure my daughter had the correct level of cover for her trip it was very convenient and easy Thankyou hays travel .
