My friend and I decided we needed a break away , so we visited Hays travel to book something.
The travel agent asked a few questions and 20 mins later we were all booked and eager to go.

Although we knew where we wanted to go, Callum was very professional and helpful. He took us through the booking process and explained every thing.

We found the whole experience of booking our holiday, so easy. Louise who we spoke to, was so efficent. We told her where we wanted to go, and within minute there were so much choice in Crete, our ideal destination. We decided on a location that looked very nice, at a reasoable price. The booking was very easy, and we were very happy, thanks to Louise.

I always book at hays, Lianne is the one who I book my holidays with.
She's great and funny and she is very professional.

We haven't been abroad for many years so decided to go to Hays Travel rather than try to book online. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and the whole experience was so very professional, friendly and clear. It was our first time with Hays Travel but we would definitely book again for all our travel needs. Highly recommend.
