Callum was very helpful and the price was competitive

It was a great experience with Callum, but the smoke smell was driving us all potty until Callum located the problem, which was next door, fire engines were called & I’m hoping everyone was alright as customers were told they must leave.

We've used the former Thomas Cook branch of Hays Bedford several times now, on a few occasions on a like for like comparison through other online holiday booking companies, for the exact same package, the price was slightly less in the branch.
The staff are always really polite and accommodating

Her dedication, professionalism, and ability to reassure clients is a real asset and She is a credit to the company.
