After a lifetime of independently…
After a lifetime of independently booking our own holidays starting with teletext we brought our own itinerary to Hays with three locations, suggested hotels, trips etc and were amazed that within the same day we had all of our wishes met through the diligence, highly skilled expertise, patience and persistence of Shaunie to provide for us our ideal holiday which we both appreciate so much. Thank you Shaunie for all your help and support.

Great personal and friendly service, as always, from the lovely staff at Hays,
Visited Berwick upon Tweed branch this week to book a last minute holiday. As usual we didn't really know what we wanted but Rebecca knows us well and found us a Greek Island cruise
We came away happy and looking forward to our holiday
