Great customer service staff friendly and knowledgeable

So nice dealing with hays travel in Berwick your staff really helped us book our holiday no hassle and always with a smile .

Becky as always really great, got a lovely holiday to Bourgas.

Both people I have seen to book my short break both extremely helpful and friendly

Becky at Berwick office was so helpful it made inquiring and booking our trip to Malta easy and painless everyone was helpful and friendly nice doing business with them we will definitely be back

Was welcomed with a lovely smile aand as soon as i said what i was looking for came up with the very holiday that suited was very clear and concise could not have been more helpful

As always, Becky was friendly, well-informed and efficient. My flights were sorted out very quickly, as was my car hire. This is why Hays is always my first stop for travel queries.

On my first and second visit I spoke with Sophie. Very friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. Also kept in touch by email but not pushy. The third visit, I asked for Sophie but Sophie wasn’t in, we booked with Tamara. Nice girl, not as warm as Sophie but not rude and most efficient. Tamara gave us some advice from her own experiences and knowledge of the place we have booked.

Summer booked our trip. She was fabulous. Summer couldn’t do enough to get me and my husband a lovely little trip away. She went above and beyond. Feel very comfortable coming into Berwick hays travel all the girls are so friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely book again.
