Good friendly service

We waited to see a specific member of staff, who acknowledged us upon our arrival & asked us to take a seat while we waited. The booking service was very straightforward & on the whole our needs were met. The system was a little slow at times but didn’t affect the service we got. The member of staff was very helpful & friendly & does remember from past bookings what we want. Overall a good experience 🙂

Always willing to help with my booking nothing is too much trouble. They price match, which is a big one for me. Pleasant and polite staff, it's a pleasure going into the shop. Personal service always.

The staff at the Bexleyheath branch were very welcoming and everything was dealt with in a totally professional way. Nothing was to much trouble to do and any questions I had were answered.

Hayes always finds best deal for us and as we don't have a printer, they always ask if they want us to print it all out. Totally stress free booking procedure. We have booked three holidays with them this year and service has always been the same.

We have used hays travel At bexleyheath for several years now and have never had any issues with booking holidays or the travel advice given .
All the staff are very friendly helpful and cheerful,

Good communication, staff members (Sophie’s) attention to detail and genuinely trying to find the best deal for me. Also advising on potential locations, resorts and hotels suitable for my family. Not feeling rushed to decide on where to book. Great experience

Lovely and very helpful travel agent called sophi she was so patient and helpful with everything from finding holiday destination to booking it and checking in with boarding passes and also my Australian visa thank you very much 😊
