We were helped to find our holiday to Crete by Declan He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and took the time to show us resort options and hotels and travel options Weve used Hays travel previously and find the booking process really easy everything is included such as transfers insurance and currency

I saw an excellent deal for Poland on Bishop Auckland facebook page I messaged for details and Amy replied with everything I needed to know.
I booked the holiday over the phone with Amy she was professional, polite and informative throughout. The whole process was easy and I’m now looking forward to my trip!

Olivia was very helpful with our questions and nothing was too much trouble. All the Hays staff I have spoken too are like that. We had a complicated booking needing an accessible cabin, a family room and single. She sorted it out really well. Big thank you Olivia.

I popped in to hook a day trip to Edinburgh Xmas markets. Jess was the only assistant available as all others were busy. She immediately greeted me and within 10/15 minutes I was all booked and on my way out with a short breaks brochure which she gave me just in case I would like to book anything else.
