Very helpful staff
The lady was very helpful finding me a holiday to India that fitted my needs. When booking the holiday she gave me plenty of information on Visas that i needed to complete before my holiday

I entered the shop with no idea of what I wanted. Margaret who helped me was fantastic. She gave me lots of choices and never 'pushed' me. She devoted a long time to me, selecting a holiday and explained all the booking system. I would most certainly recommend Hays Travel in Bitterne to anyone. Well done to you all
