Went in to book with a holiday in mind .Lorna greeted us with a smile and was very friendly, we had every question answered, walked out very happy. We have used hays since they moved to Blackwood.

Finlay led me through the cruise booking system and he did a great job. A really nice guy nothing was to much trouble he answered all my questions effectively and with knowledge. He is highly recommended.
