Hays Travel - Bluewater レビュー 

We arrived at Hays Bluewater and was welcomed by Gracie. She was brilliant… she listened to all we wanted and searched everywhere she could for the best price and to cater for our wishes. We also had advice from another member of staff to share her personal experience of our chosen destination! Gracie was great from start to finish…. Would highly recommend Hays travel, nothing was too much. KB

We was meet at the door by Gracie who is lovely, she gave us all the time we needed and she absolutely knew what she was talking about, we only wanted a cheap getaway which she found for us, we got the impression it didn’t matter how much we were spending, she treated everyone the same.

The personal service we received was excellent. The holiday package we have booked has quite a large itinerary and has taken quite a while to put together but Hayes have sorted the whole package for us and made sure we are staying in good hotels and have taken the time to explain our package

Me and my partner went into the store with basically only a few ideas of where we wanted to go on holiday. Sadie was extremely helpful and patient with us! She was so lovely and made our holiday booking experience so easy! Thank you Sadie!

Gracie and her colleagues were fantastic in helping me find and book a last-minute holiday to the Canaries - literally the week before! She was super patient as I decided on the best flight and hotel for my needs, and I felt looked after throughout the entire booking process. No detail was missed off and I left feeling ready to go away equipped with all of the information that I needed. I'll definitely be returning!

Went into Bluewater shop and saw Rhona who we usually see because she knows what we like and want. Her knowledge and expertise helped us to save over £2.000 on our holiday. I had the help Millie to book my holiday, she was so helpful and ensured everything was set and ready for me to go! So stress-free and seamless booking process.

WE DIDNT GET THE ROOM WE WERE TOLD WE WOULD GET.
But when we arrived we could get a bigger room if we paid an extra 43 EUROS A DAY
THAT WAS BEFORE WE SAW THE ROOM .
THE TRAVEL INSURANCE YOU SELL ISNT WORTH THE PAPPER ITS WRITTEN ON.
RANG INSURANCE TO GO THROUGH DETAILS. NO SAID THE SHARK WE WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER COMANY TO RING. AND PAY THEM EXTRA. BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY OUR FEE. THATS WHY I CANCELLED.
HAYS MUST KNOW THIS INSURANCE IS POOR. BUT A NICE BIT OF COMMISSION IS NICE HAYS ISNT IT.
